This study intends to explore feasibility, acceptability, and outcomes related to the use of a digital health coaching intervention for individuals who have completed primary therapy for cancer. Up to 625 individuals with diverse cancer diagnoses will be enrolled across up to 8 clinical sites to participate in a randomized wait-list control study. Those in the intervention group will receive 6 months of digital coaching up front followed by 6 months of ongoing monitoring via patient reported and clinical outcomes, as well as wearable data. Those in the control group will be monitored via patient reported and clinical outcomes as well as wearable data for the first 6 months followed by 6 months of digital health coaching. Both groups will collect fecal microbiome samples at enrollment and month 6. In this study, investigators will compare standard Aerobic Training/AT with adaptive Aerobic Training/AT. Standard AT will be a fixed (unchanging) amount of walking each week, while adaptive AT will adjust the level of exercise depending on participants' response to the exercise. The purpose of this study is to compare using FDA-approved bupivacaine (a numbing medicine), along with the usual medications for post-operative pain control to using the usual medications for postoperative pain control alone. The addition of bupivacaine to the surgical wound site with the usual pain medications could better manage your pain immediately after surgery and reduce the amount of opioid medications taken after surgery. The researchers are doing this study to find out whether the study drug, SDX-7320, when combined with the standard chemotherapy eribulin, is an effective treatment for people with TNBC and metabolic dysfunction. The researchers will also look at whether the study treatment (SDX-7320 combined with eribulin) is safe and causes few or mild side effects in participants. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of using brodalumab in patients who develop side effects from cancer immune therapy. Immune-related side effects are due to activation of the immune system in patients who previously received immunotherapy and the goal of this study is to help better control these side effects. Brodalumab is often used to treat patients with autoimmune diseases (diseases where the immune system is activated against normal organs) and safe doses and treatment schedules have been determined in these patients. Immune-related side effects appear to closely mirror these autoimmune conditions. Brodalumab has not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in immunotherapy side effects but it has been approved for treatment of autoimmune conditions. The purpose of this study to gather information about changes in the bones after stopping treatment with aromatase inhibitor/AI and denosumab. The study team will collect information from 5 standard clinic visits over the course of 24 months.
