This is a multicenter, first-in-human (FIH), open label, Phase 1 dose escalation and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) extension trial with a primary objective to define the RP2D of SRG-514 when administered intraoperatively to patients undergoing breast-conserving cancer surgery. Study of the CHK1 Inhibitor BBI-355, an EcDNA-directed Therapy (ecDTx), in Subjects with Tumors with Oncogene Amplifications

BBI-355 is an oral, potent, selective checkpoint kinase 1 (or CHK1) small molecule inhibitor in development as an ecDNA (extrachromosomal DNA) directed therapy (ecDTx). This is a first-in-human, open-label, 3-part, Phase 1/2 study to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose and recommended Phase 2 dose of BBI-355 administered as a single agent or in combination with select therapies.

A Study Comparing Cancer Imaging Approaches in People with Lobular Breast Cancer

The purpose of this study to compare two types of cancer imaging scans to see which is better at detecting and monitoring metastatic ILC. This study will compare PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) scans using the radiotracer fluorine 18 (18F)-fluoroestradiol (FES) with a standard imaging approach for detecting and monitoring ILC, PET/CT scans using the radiotracer 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG). These scans will be referred to as FES PET/CT scans and FDG PET/CT scans.
