The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to assess opioid consumption 24-48 hrs post anesthesia block among patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. The main question it aims to answer is: 1. Is there a difference in opioid consumption 24-48 hours post block administration among patients that receive an adductor canal catheter (ACC) versus adductor canal block (ACB)? Participants will be: * Randomized to receive an adductor canal catheter (ACC) or a sham adductor canal catheter. * Asked to use the Diagnotes application to communicate with the pain doctor while the catheter is in place. * Follow up for up to 6 months post-operation. Researchers will compare the interventional group (ACC) to the control group (sham ACC + ACB) to see if there is difference in opioid consumption and chronic pain at 6 months post-operation. The goal of this observational study is to compare thermal camera Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) images before and after spinal cord stimulation to evaluate the difference in sympathetic activity of the affected limb in patients with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). The main questions it aims to answer are: Question 1: Can Infrared (FLIR) imaging be used to monitor the sympatholytic activity caused by Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) in patients with CRPS? Question 2: Is there any correlation between the quantification of sympatholytic activity produced by Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and measured by FLIR imaging with the outcome measures in patients with CRPS? Outcome measures include pain (NRS), CRPS Severity Score (CSS), Quality of Life (SF-36), and neuropathic pain score (painDETECT). Participants will have an image of their feet taken perpendicularly with a 1-inch space from all four sides using a FLIR T420 or T62101 camera with 320\*240 resolution. The purpose of this study is to test whether yoga can reduce nerve pain caused by cancer treatment (chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, or CIPN). Participants will take one of three approaches: * Yoga classes * Educational sessions on the causes and impacts of CIPN, how yoga may help with CIPN, and how different therapies may help with CIPN * Usual care with standard-of-care medications for CIPN The researchers will compare how these different approaches affect participants' balance, their risk of falls, and their quality of life. This study will also measure how much yoga can help the reduced sense of touch caused by CIPN. The functional assessments TUG and CTS can be safely completed either virtually and in-person and will be mandatory for all patients. The purpose of study is to evaluate the efficacy of the electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) device in patients with patellofemoral pain known as anterior knee pain. Usual treatment for it is physical therapy (PT). We want to evaluate and see if adding the electrical muscle stimulation will fasten the recovery and improved outcome in patellofemoral pain syndrome. Dorsal root ganglion stimulation (DRG-S) may be able to treat mechanical pain caused by tissue injury or damage such as trauma or arthritis in addition to pain caused by nerve dysfunction or injury. This study will evaluate the Pain Identification and Communication Toolkit (PICT), a multicomponent intervention for caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD). PICT provides training in observational pain assessment and coaching in effective pain communication techniques. It will recruit participants from programs of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) and partnering health care clinics. This study will investigate the effectiveness of the Sana Pain Reliever (Sana PR) at reducing chronic pain. The Sana PR is a device comprised of one main component (Mask with Earbuds) and two ancillary components (Charger and Headband). The device is worn over the eyes (with earbuds in ears). The device pulses light at a single wavelength but various frequencies throughout a specific firmware algorithm. Through the earbuds, the device also plays different tones in conjunction with the pulses. The device has a skin contacting Heart Rate Variability (HRV) sensor built into the forehead area that measures HRV throughout the use of the device. The system runs for 15 min at a time and is not FDA approved. The trial will last a total of 14 weeks. 50 participants who have a diagnosis of Post-treatment Lyme Disease and experience chronic pain are expected to take part in this study at Mount Sinai. The VIP trial will assess the effectiveness, tolerability, and durability of effect of vestibulocortical stimulation (VCS) - a safe \& cost-effective bedside technique - in treating pain, fatigue \& related symptoms using validated patient-reported outcomes. This phase II trial studies how well low-dose radiotherapy works in treating bone pain in patients with multiple myeloma that has spread to the bone. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, neutrons, protons, or other sources to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Low-dose radiotherapy may be more convenient for patients and their families, may not interfere as much with the timing of chemotherapy, and may have less chance for short term or long-term side effects from the radiation. During breast surgery, sensory nerves are cut which may lead to reduced sensation and pain. Surgical reinnervation techniques have been developed with the aim of improving postoperative sensation by preserving the nerves and connecting them to the nipple and areola. The investigators aim to compare postoperative sensation and patient reported outcomes in patients undergoing reinnervation versus those not undergoing reinnervation to determine if there is a difference. The investigators will investigate this in patients undergoing gender-affirming mastectomy, implant-based breast reconstruction and autologous breast reconstruction.
