A Research Study Comparing How Well Different Doses of the Medicine NN0519-0130 Lower Blood Sugar in People With Type 2 Diabetes

This study will look at how well a new medicine called NNC0519-0130 helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. The study will test up to 7 different doses of NNC0519-0130. Which treatment participant will get is decided by chance. Participants will take 1-3 injections once a week. The study medicine will be injected under skin with a thin needle in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm. The study will last for about 40 weeks.

The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. TRANSFORM is a prospective, randomized, open blinded endpoint (PROBE), event-driven, pragmatic trial in patients who are at increased risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular (CV) disease but with no known symptomatic CV disease. The trial tests the hypothesis that a Cleerly Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Staging System-based care strategy reduces CV events compared with risk factor-based care.

A Study of Mesothelin-Targeted CAR T-Cell Therapy in People With Esophagogastric Cancer
Recruiting
Participants will have a sample of their white blood cells, called T cells, collected using a procedure called leukapheresis. The collected T cells will be sent to a laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering to be changed (modified) to become MSLN-targeted CAR T cells, the CAR T-cell therapy that participants will receive during the study. Participant study therapy will take about 3-4 weeks.

This study will look at the effects of CagriSema in people with both type 2 diabetes and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy, compared to placebo. Participants will either get an active medicine or a "dummy" medicine (placebo). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. In this study the active, investigational medicine is called CagriSema. Doctors cannot yet prescribe CagriSema. For each participant, the study will last for about 10 months.
