The purpose of each study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARR) with administration of frexalimab compared to a daily oral dose of teriflunomide in male and female participants with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (aged 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment). The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of KarXT compared to placebo in treating symptoms of mania during a 3-week inpatient period. The duration of the study including screening, the double-blind inpatient treatment period and safety-follow-up is no more than seven weeks.

The purpose of the study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the treatment of alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a disease that causes hair loss on the scalp, face, and areas of the body.
