Purpose: The aim of this study is to assess the sensitivity and specificity of FFNP PET/MRI for diagnosis of endometriosis.
Participants: A total of 24 participants will be recruited from individuals with clinically suspected endometriosis.
Procedures (methods): This is a prospective, one arm, single center study of 24 subjects with clinically suspected endometriosis to demonstrate FFNP PET-MRI's clinical utility for diagnosis of endometriosis.

The purpose of this clinical trial to characterize changes in bone mineral density during continuous treatment with relugolix combination tablet for up to 48 months (4 years) and 1 year of post-treatment follow-up in premenopausal women with heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine leiomyomas (fibroids) or with moderate-to-severe pain associated with endometriosis.

Orilissa is a drug approved for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Oriahnn is approved for heavy menstrual bleeding due to uterine fibroids. Elagolix-containing products should not be taken by women who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant but pregnancies are expected as the medicine does not completely stop ovulation and women may inadvertently continue taking Elagolix-containing products until their pregnancy is confirmed.

Pre-IVF Treatment With a GnRH Antagonist in Women With endometriosis_temp
Recruiting
A Phase 3 clinical trial of oral GnRH antagonist pre-treatment for women with endometriosis who are undergoing IVF, with a primary outcome of live birth rate. The investigators' central hypothesis is that in infertile woman with endometriosis undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET), live birth rates will improve in those pretreated with GnRH antagonist compared to those not pretreated with GnRH antagonist.
