A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of BLI5100 in Patients With Erosive Esophagitis
The objective of the Healing Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of up to 8 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 versus a PPI control in healing EE. The objective of the Maintenance Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of 24 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 (low or high dose) versus a PPI control in the maintenance of healed EE.
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of BLI5100 in Patients With Non-Erosive Reflux Disease
The objective of the Treatment Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of 4 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 low dose, BLI5100 high dose, or placebo in patients with NERD. The objective of the Extension Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety of 20 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 low dose and BLI5100 high dose in patients with NERD.
Moderna Vaccine mRNA-1345 Observational Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Study
The main goal of this observational study is to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of the Moderna mRNA-1345 vaccine for protection against RSV lower respiratory tract disease (RSV-LRTD) and to study additional health and economic outcomes.
A Study of mRNA-1010 Seasonal Influenza Vaccine in Adults 50 Years Old and Older

Study of Subcutaneous Epcoritamab in Combination With Intravenous Rituximab and Oral Lenalidomide (R2) to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular Lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an in ...
Study of Inupadenant (EOS100850) With Chemotherapy as Second Line Treatment for Nonsquamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Part 1 of the study determines the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving specific first line treatments for Stage 3 or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Part 2 compares the efficacy of inupadenant to placebo when both are combined with carboplatin and pemetrexed for patients that progressed after receiving the same first line treatments for Stage 3 or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
Ibrexafungerp for the Treatment of Complicated Vulvovaginal Candidiasis
This study will treat subjects with complicated VVC who have failed prior fluconazole therapy with Ibrexafungerp for 1, 3 or 7 days of treatment.
A Study Assessing the Safety, Tolerability, Immunogenicity of COVID-19 Vaccine Candidate PRIME-2-CoV_Beta, Orf Virus Expressing SARS-CoV_2 Spike and Nucleocapsid Proteins
PRIME-2-CoV_Beta is the first clinical candidate based on the attenuated 2nd generation Orf virus (ORFV) vaccine platform which encodes for the structural spike (S)- and nucleocapsid (N) protein of SARS-CoV-2. The aim of the multivalent vaccine is to broaden the specific immune response against SARS-CoV-2 and to increase the probability of cross-protection against emerging variants.
A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Giredestrant Plus Everolimus Compared With The Physician's Choice of Endocrine Therapy Plus Everolimus in Participants With Estrogen Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (evERA Breast Cancer)
This Phase III, randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of giredestrant plus everolimus compared with the physician's choice of endocrine therapy plus everolimus in participants with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have had previous treatment with cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6is) and endocrine therapy, either in the locally advanced/m ...
Contraceptive Efficacy and Safety of NOMAC-E2 Combined Oral Contraceptive
The purpose of this study is evaluating Contraceptive Efficacy and Safety of NOMAC-E2 Combined Oral Contraceptive in Premenopausal Females Aged 14 to 35 Years (Inclusive).
A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of mRNA-1345 Vaccine Targeting Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in Adults ≥60 Years of Age
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of mRNA-1345 vaccine and to demonstrate the efficacy of a single dose of mRNA-1345 vaccine in the prevention of a first episode of RSV-associated lower respiratory tract disease (RSV-LRTD) as compared with placebo from 14 days postinjection through 12 months.
