This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. The primary objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of the J-Valve Transfemoral (TF) System in patients with symptomatic, severe (grade 3 or 4), native aortic valve regurgitation (AR) and AR-dominant mixed aortic valve disease, who are judged by a multi-disciplinary heart team to be at high risk for open surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR). A Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) sub-study will examine if intervention for AR translates to improved ventricular remodeling, the impact of LV remodeling on clinical outcomes and quality of life, as well as volumetric and myocardial differences between genders. This is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple dose study to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of JK07 in participants aged 18-85 with heart failure. There will be 2 cohorts in this study: Cohort 1: Heart failure (HF) participants with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of ≤ 40%. This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not undergo screening that involves pelvic exams. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable pre-cancers may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own vaginal sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. This study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements. Pediatric Oncologic Recovery Trial After Surgery (PORTS) trial is an investigator-initiated, multicenter, multidisciplinary prospective case-control study of the implementation of an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol at five tertiary-care pediatric hospitals in pediatric patients undergoing abdominal or retroperitoneal surgical resections for cancer. A pilot phase will determine characteristics of a successful protocol implementation and an exploratory phase plans to examine adherence, objective patient outcomes, and patient-reported outcomes. After completing primary enrollment, this collaborative will continue to enroll patients in the shared data registry and continue to refine the underlying ERAS protocol developed for this project. While hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) is an effective therapy, graft versus host disease (GVHD) is the most significant complication after HSCT. Corticosteroids (or steroids) have been the mainstay of treatment for chronic GVHD for many decades now. Increasingly, newer immunosuppressive and immunomodulating agents are being studied in adults and children affected by cGVHD. Ruxolitinib is one of these promising newer agents, which has been shown to be effective in the treatment of cGVHD in both children and adults. Currently, ruxolitinib is generally added to a patient's treatment regimen after (or with) a course of high dose steroids.
