Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in Ohio

This is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the anti-PD1 antibody, cemiplimab, in combination with either S095018 (anti-TIM3 antibody), S095024 (anti-CD73 antibody), or S095029 (anti-NKG2A antibody) in adult participants with previously untreated advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high PD-L1 expression. The study includes two parts: part A, the combination-therapy safety lead-in phase to determine the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for S095018, S095024, and S095029 in combination with cemiplimab and part B, the randomized dose expansion phase to assess the efficacy of S095018, S095024, or S095029 in combination with cemiplimab. This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V alone and with pembrolizumab in participants with solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). This study will have five parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046054/SGN- PDL1V should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in Parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the drug TUB-030 works to treat solid cancer in adults. The study will also explore the safety of TUB-030. The main questions it aims to answer are: To determine the safety and tolerability of TUB-030 To determine the maximum tolerated dose of TUB-030 as a single drug given to patients with solid cancer Researchers will also compare doses of TUB-030 in two specific cancer types, in patients with head and neck cancer and patients with non-small cell lung cancer, to see if TUB-030 works to treat these two solid cancer types and to determine the best dose. This phase II study evaluates how well pemigatinib works for the treatment of adult patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic) and that have abnormal changes (alterations) in the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) gene. FGFR genes are genes that, when altered, can lead to and promote the growth of cancer in patients. Researchers want to test if using pemigatinib can block the function of these abnormal FGFR genes and prevent the tumor from growing and whether treatment can help improve overall quality of life. This is a prospective, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multi-center, Phase 3 study of GLSI-100 immunotherapy in HLA-A\*02 positive and HER2/neu positive subjects who are at high risk for disease recurrence and have completed both neoadjuvant and postoperative adjuvant standard of care therapy. Treatment consists of 6 intradermal injections, Primary Immunization Series (PIS), over the first 6 months of treatment and 5 booster intradermal injections spaced 6 months apart. Y-AMBIENT is a four-month, telephone-based intervention that includes three themed education sessions with three follow-up sessions, written materials, and videos. The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only).
