This phase II trial tests whether TRC102 (methoxyamine hydrochloride) in combination usual care treatment comprised of pemetrexed, cisplatin or carboplatin, and radiation therapy followed by durvalumab works better than the usual care treatment alone to shrink tumors in patients with stage III non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). TRC102 is in a class of drugs called antineoplastic agents. It blocks the ability of a cell to repair damage to its DNA and may kill cancer cells. It may also help some anticancer drugs work better. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by stopping cells from using folic acid to make DNA and may kill cancer cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy sources to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving TRC102 in combination with usual care treatment may be more effective than usual care treatment alone in stabilizing and lengthening survival time in patients with stage III non-squamous NSCLC. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. This is a multi-center study in patients with recurrent or metastatic HPV16-positive, PD-L1 positive cervical cancer who has progressed during or after treatment with the first-line standard of care (pembrolizumab with chemotherapy with/without bevacizumab). The trial is designed to investigate VB10.16 alone or in combination with the immune checkpoint inhibitor, atezolizumab. The trial consist of 2 parts: the first part which investigates VB10.16 + placebo versus VB10.16 + atezolizumab. Approximately 30 patients will be included in each group. The goal of this part is to evaluate which of the two treatments is the best. SLC-391 is a novel, potent and specific small molecule inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinase AXL with desirable potency and pharmaceutical properties. The study is being done to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Each treatment cycle lasts 21 days. Participants will swallow SLC-391 pills two times every day. Participants will get pembrolizumab intravenously (IV) from the study site staff on the first day of every cycle. This study has 2 parts. The first part will determine the recommended dose of SLC-391 in combination with pembrolizumab. The second part wants to find out if the combination of SLC-391 and pembrolizumab can help stop NSCLC tumours from growing or spreading. Read Less

Hypothesis (H2): Concurrent chemoradiation therapy with pembrolizumab followed by pembrolizumab is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy alone with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 by BICR. Hypothesis (H3): Concurrent chemoradiation therapy with pembrolizumab followed by pembrolizumab plus olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy alone with respect to OS. This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone. Read Less

Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab together with carboplatin and paclitaxel may help doctors find out if the treatment is better or the same as the usual approach. Read Less

This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival may be candidates for these trials. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with some genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit from treatment that targets that particular genetic mutation. ComboMATCH is designed to match patients to a treatment that may work to control their tumor and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors.
