The purpose of this research is to determine whether bladder cancer monitoring can be improved by replacing some cystoscopy procedures with urine testing. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Cohorts 1-8 receive ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up period. Cohort 9 receives ABBV-400 in combination with a strong CYP3A3 inhibitor (ITZ) followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 285 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive \[HR+\]/HER2-breast cancer \[BC\]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), Platinum Resistant High Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (PROC)/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 54 sites worldwide. In cohorts 1-8, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, HNSCC, and PROC/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy and in cohort 9 participants will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 and an oral solution of ITZ, for up to 3 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with high-risk muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma (MIUC). Urothelial carcinoma is a type of bladder cancer that begins in cells that line the inside of the bladder and other parts of the urinary tract, such as part of the kidneys, ureters, and urethra. People with MIUC usually have chemotherapy before surgery, then surgery to remove the cancer. Chemotherapy is a type of medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing. After surgery, some people receive more treatment to prevent cancer from returning. Pembrolizumab is an immunotherapy, which is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. Enfortumab vedotin (EV) is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to a protein on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. Researchers want to learn if giving intismeran autogene (the study treatment) with pembrolizumab can prevent MIUC from returning after surgery. Intismeran autogene (also called mRNA-4157) is designed to treat each person's cancer by helping the person's immune system identify and kill cancer cells based on certain proteins found on those cancer cells. The goals of this study are to learn if people who receive intismeran autogene and pembrolizumab are alive and cancer free longer than those who receive placebo and pembrolizumab, and to learn about the safety of intismeran autogene, pembrolizumab, and EV, and if people tolerate them. This is a three-part study evaluating the safety and efficacy of a PSMA-directed radioantibody (rosopatamab tetraxetan, conjugated to either In-111 or Ac-225). Part 1 will consist of one administration of In-111-rosopatamab tetraxetan to characterize the biodistribution of the radioantibody to target organs and prostate cancer lesions. Participants then will be enrolled into either Part 2 (Dose Optimization) or Part 3 (Dose Escalation and Expansion) depending on their prior treatment history. Participants qualifying for Part 2 will be randomized to receive Ac-225 rosopatamab tetraxetan in a single fractionated cycle (dose administration on Day 1 and Day 15) at either 45 or 60 kBq/Kg. Participants qualifying for Part 3 must have received prior Lu-177-PSMA-radioligand therapy and will receive Ac-225 rosopatamab tetraxetan in a single fractionated cycle at 45, 55, or 60 kBq/Kg. Dose limiting toxicities (DLTs) will be monitored in Part 3 to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), and the study may enroll additional participants to be treated with the RP2D dose level. This phase II trial studies the effects of combination therapy with bevacizumab, erlotinib, and atezolizumab in treating patients with hereditary leiomyomatosis and kidney cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. They work by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumors. This may slow the growth and spread of tumors. Erlotinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Combination therapy with bevacizumab, erlotinib, and atezolizumab may stabilize or shrink advanced hereditary leiomyomatosis and kidney cancer. Read Less

Up to 80% of breast cancer survivors experience chemotherapy-induced neuropathy that impairs quality of life and increases fall risk long into survivorship, yet treatment options for neuropathy remain limited. The successful treatment will target neurophysiologic mechanisms for restoring function while addressing patient-reported symptoms and participation in treatment. Toward this end, the investigators propose to study a noninvasive, social sensorimotor intervention - Adapted Argentine Tango - which targets motor control restoration, symptom alleviation, and treatment participation in concert.
