Men with localized, intermediate risk prostate cancer will be randomized to undergo either radical prostatectomy or the TULSA procedure, with a follow-up of 10 years in this multi-centered randomized control trial. Patients will be registered prior to, during or at the completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 3-4 cycles). Registered patients who progress during neoadjuvant chemotherapy will not be eligible for iCRS and will be removed from the study. Following completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, interval cytoreductive surgery (iCRS) will be performed in the usual fashion in both arms. Patients will be randomized at the time of iCRS (iCRS must achieve no gross residual disease or no disease \>1.0 cm in largest diameter) to receive HIPEC or no HIPEC. Patients randomized to HIPEC (Arm A) will receive a single dose of cisplatin (100mg/m2 IP over 90 minutes at 42 C) as HIPEC. After postoperative recovery patients will receive standard post-operative platinum-based combination chemotherapy. Patients randomized to surgery only (Arm B) will receive postoperative standard chemotherapy after recovery from surgery. Both groups will receive an additional 2-3 cycles of platinum-based combination chemotherapy per institutional standard (Paclitaxel 175 mg/m2 IV over 3 hours and Carboplatin AUC 6 IV on Day 1 every 21 days for 2-3 cycles) for a maximum total of 6 cycles of chemotherapy (neoadjuvant plus post-operative cycles) followed by niraparib individualized dosing until progression or 36 months (if no evidence of disease). This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of intraperitoneal oxaliplatin and fluorouracil in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the peritoneal cavity (peritoneal metastasis). Oxaliplatin is in a class of medications called platinum-containing antineoplastic agents. It damages the cell's DNA and may kill cancer cells. Fluorouracil stops cells from making DNA and it may kill cancer cells. Both oxaliplatin and fluorouracil are approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat patients with colorectal cancer, however administration of these drugs directly into the area between the muscles and organs in the abdomen (intraperitoneal) for the treatment of peritoneal metastases is experimental. Giving oxaliplatin and fluorouracil directly into the peritoneal space may be a safe and effective way of treating patients with peritoneal metastases from colorectal cancer. Read Less

This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This phase I trial studies the side effects of hyperthermic intraepithelial chemotherapy with cisplatin after surgery or cisplatin before surgery in treating patients with stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube or peritoneal cancer receiving chemotherapy before surgery. Hyperthermic intraepithelial chemotherapy involves the infusion of heated cytotoxic chemotherapy that circulates into the abdominal cavity at the time of surgery. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving hyperthermic intraepithelial chemotherapy with cisplatin after surgery or cisplatin before surgery may kill more tumor cells compared to usual care. Read Less

This clinical trial aims to see if patients with triple negative breast cancer can complete a biobehavioral stress reduction program that also addresses health related social needs (e.g., utilities, transportation, etc.). The stress reduction program is over ten weeks and includes stress reduction (e.g., progressive muscle relaxation), coping, problem solving, communication, and social support. Health related social needs will be evaluated at the beginning of the study, and referrals will be made to social work to help address those needs. The study will examine stress as reported by the patients and also use biological markers. Read Less

The goal of this study is to create a data set to add to Carevive's registry from real world clinical and patient reported data collected using an electronic care planning system (CPS) with remote symptom monitoring that is used in routine care for cancer patients on active treatment. Patients will complete a baseline survey in person using a secured device or remotely using their own electronic device in a location of their choice. Weekly electronic patient reported outcome (PRO) surveys are collected from the patients using the Carevive platform for a minimum of 12 weeks. Pediatric Oncologic Recovery Trial After Surgery (PORTS) trial is an investigator-initiated, multicenter, multidisciplinary prospective case-control study of the implementation of an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol at five tertiary-care pediatric hospitals in pediatric patients undergoing abdominal or retroperitoneal surgical resections for cancer. A pilot phase will determine characteristics of a successful protocol implementation and an exploratory phase plans to examine adherence, objective patient outcomes, and patient-reported outcomes. After completing primary enrollment, this collaborative will continue to enroll patients in the shared data registry and continue to refine the underlying ERAS protocol developed for this project.
