This phase Ib trial seeks to find out the best dose and possible side effects and/or benefits of zanubrutinib in combination with the R-PolaCHP in treating patients with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Zanubrutinib is designed to block a protein called Bruton Tyrosine Kinase in order to stop cancer growth. R-CHOP is the acronym for the combination of five drugs: rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone. It is the most widely used chemoimmunotherapy regimen for DLBCL and is considered the standard-of-care treatment for patients with DLBCL. Three of the drugs in R-CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and vincristine) are chemotherapy drugs. Rituximab is a type of immunotherapy and prednisone is a type of steroids. Read Less

This phase II trial tests how well acalabrutinib works in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and evaluates how treatment with acalabrutinib affects heart function. Acalabrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It blocks a protein called BTK, which is present on B-cell (a type of white blood cells) cancers at abnormal levels. This may help keep cancer cells from growing and spreading. CLL/SLL patients treated with a different BTK inhibitor called ibrutinib often experience cardiac side effects, leading to discontinuation of life-saving therapy. Treatment with acalabrutinib after discontinuing, or even before starting, treatment with ibrutinib may reverse or prevent cardiac side effects and be an effective treatment option for patients with CLL/SLL. This randomized phase II trial studies how well obinutuzumab works as maintenance treatment in patients with central nervous system lymphoma who have achieved the disappearance of all signs of cancer in response to treatment (complete response) or a decrease in the size of a tumor, or in the extent of cancer in the body, in response to treatment (partial response). This phase I trial is to find out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of third-party natural killer cells in combination with mogamulizumab in treating patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with third-party natural killer cells, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Mogamulizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving third-party natural killer cells in combination with mogamulizumab may kill more cancer cells. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying the safety and potential anti-tumor activity of an investigational drug called ARV-393 in patients diagnosed with advanced Relapsed/Refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to determine if ARV-393 may be a possible treatment option. ARV-393 is thought to work by breaking down a protein present in many types of non-Hodgkins lymphomas, which may prevent, slow or stop tumor growth. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, best dose and effectiveness of lenalidomide when added to nivolumab and the usual drugs (rituximab and methotrexate) in patients with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma. Lenalidomide may stop or slow primary CNS lymphoma by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Methotrexate is frequently combined with other chemotherapy agents to improve response. This study may help increase the understanding of lenalidomide and nivolumab use in primary CNS lymphoma treatment. In addition, it may help researchers see whether the control of CNS lymphoma can be extended by using these study drugs as maintenance (prolonged therapy) after control is achieved with the initial chemotherapy regimen (induction). The goal of this clinical trial is to see if adding abatacept to tacrolimus and MMF prevents or reduces the chances of acute graft versus host disease which is a complication that can occur after transplant in participants with blood cancer. The usual therapy for graft versus host disease prevention after a cord blood transplant includes tacrolimus and MMF. The main question this clinical trial aims to answer is whether or not abatacept will be safe and effective in reducing aGVHD rates in dCBT. Participants will: * Partake in exams, tests, and procedures as part of usual cancer care. * Partake in conditioning, which is the treatment that is given before a transplant. * Have a cord blood transplant. * Partake in radiation following the transplant. The purpose of this study is to determine the correct dose and safety of combining two new cancer drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and venetoclax, as a treatment for relapsed or refractory B cell lymphoma.These drugs are used to treat some lymphomas, but have not yet been tested in combination for the treatment of lymphoma.
