Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in Ohio

Primary objective is to assess the anti-tumor activity of single agent odronextamab as measured by the objective response rate (ORR) according to the Lugano Classification of response in malignant lymphoma (Cheson, 2014) and as assessed by independent central review in each of the following B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) subgroups: In patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) grade 1-3a *1,2 In patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) *1,2 In patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) that has relapsed after or is refractory to a BTK inhibitor. This cohort will also include patients who have relapsed or have disease refractory to prior systemic therapy, or patients who have demonstrated intolerance to BTK inhibitor therapy, and who have progressed after other systemic therapy. The drug that will be investigated in the study is an antibody, GEN3014. Since this is the first study of GEN3014 in humans, the main purpose is to evaluate safety. Besides safety, the study will determine the recommended GEN3014 dose to be tested in a larger group of participants and assess preliminary clinical activity of GEN3014. GEN3014 will be studied in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (also known as RRMM) and other blood cancers. The study consists of 3 parts: The Dose Escalation will test increasing doses of GEN3014 to find a safe dose level to be tested in the other two parts. Expansion Part A will further test the GEN3014 dose determined from the Dose Escalation Part. Expansion Part B will compare intravenous (IV) GEN3014 with the subcutaneous (SC) daratumumab in ex-US countries. Participants will receive either GEN3014 or daratumumab; none will be given placebo. The study is a global, multi-center safety and efficacy trial of epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20). Epcoritamab will either be studied as: Monotherapy, or Combination therapy: epcoritamab + venetoclax epcoritamab + lenalidomide epcoritamab + R-CHOP (i.e., rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine and prednisone). The study includes patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (R/R CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and patients with Richter's Syndrome (RS). Study participants with R/R CLL/SLL are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + venetoclax. Study participants with RS are treated either with epcoritamab as monotherapy or epcoritamab + lenalidomide or epcoritamab + R-CHOP. The trial consists of two parts, a dose-escalation phase (phase Ib) and an expansion phase (phase II). Patients with RS are only included in the expansion phase. Read Less

As the average age of individuals undergoing stem cell transplant continues to increase, challenges associated with balancing the side effects of cancer treatments while also managing other medical conditions develop. Studies have shown these individuals develop more treatment related side effects and take longer to leave the hospital due to complications. The purpose of this study is to develop a multiple provider clinic that will help identify any additional needs in the more complicated and generally older transplant patient population. If needed, this clinic will recommend interventions or referrals to the appropriate specialties to the participant and the transplant physician for the participant before your transplant procedure. Examples of potential areas of improvement include a course of physical therapy, nutritional supplements, or modifications of medications, among others with the goal to make your transplant safer and to decrease length of time in the hospital. Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 4 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 900 adult participants with previously untreated FL will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (intravenous [IV] infusion of rituximab (R) and oral capsules of lenalidomide) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab. Participants may also receive investigator's choice chemoimmunotherapy (CIT): IV infusion of obinutuzumab (G) and IV injections of cyclophosphamide, IV injections of doxorubicin, IV injections of vincristine, oral tablets of prednisone (CHOP) [G-CHOP]/ R-CHOP or G and IV infusion of bendamustine (Benda) [G-Benda]/R-Benda. The total study duration will be 120 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of CC-99282 with rituximab for the treatment of patients who have received chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy for non-Hodgkins lymphoma and in whom have had a sub-optimal response early on to CAR T-cell therapy. Immunotherapy with CC-99282 may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving CC-99282 with rituximab may be a safe and effective treatment option for patients who have received CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Read Less
