This research study, Personalized, Responsive Intervention Sequences for Minimally Verbal Children with Autism (PRISM), is designed to maximize language outcomes for limited-language preschoolers, thereby lowering the risk of being classified as "minimally verbal" at age 6, by empirically developing a two-stage, 20-week adaptive intervention approach in a real world community settings. If found efficacious, the adaptive intervention design will capitalize on the heterogeneity and evolving status of children with ASD by providing the best intervention (DTT, JASPER and CET) for children who need it (leading to individualized sequences of intervention), only when it is needed (potentially reducing burden on children). This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. Consistent with the HEAL Data2Action call for Innovation projects that drive action with data in real-world settings, this study will refine and test the impact of a novel implementation strategy to engage cross- sector decision makers and make data that they identify as relevant to their decisions available to them in easy- to-use products. The proposed study aims to not only address critical knowledge gaps regarding how and when data can inform impactful, transparent decision-making, but to provide decision makers with the data that they need to achieve community-wide substance use prevention and treatment goals, including the increased delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed, services and the prevention of overdoses. Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 5 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 1095 adult participants with previously untreated FL will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (intravenous \[IV\] infusion of rituximab (R) and oral capsules of lenalidomide) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab. Participants may also receive investigator's choice chemoimmunotherapy (CIT): IV infusion of obinutuzumab (G) and IV injections of cyclophosphamide, IV injections of doxorubicin, IV injections of vincristine, oral tablets of prednisone (CHOP) \[G-CHOP\]/ R-CHOP or G and IV infusion of bendamustine (Benda) \[G-Benda\]/R-Benda. The total treatment duration will be 120 weeks for all arms except A2, which is 24 weeks of treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Multiple Myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells ( blood cell). The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease symptoms of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R Multiple Myeloma (MM). This study is broken into 3 Arms; Arm A (Parts 1 and 2), Arm B and Arm C. Arm A includes 2 parts: step-up dose optimization (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 1, different level of step-up doses are tested followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. In Part 2, the step-up dose identified in Part 1 (Dose A) will be used followed by the target dose A of ABBV-383. In Arm B a flat dose of ABBV-383 will be tested. "In Arm C, the step-up dose identified in Arm A will be used followed by the target dose of ABBV-383 to investigate outpatient administration of ABBV-383. Around 180 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 40 sites across the world. Participants will receive ABBV-383 as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles for approximately 3 years. Bipolar I disorder (BP-I) is a common, chronic, and disabling mental illness with significant morbidity and mortality defined by episodes of mania and depression (or symptoms of both at once, known as mixed features). This prospective, observational study will examine effectiveness, functioning and quality of life outcomes in adult patients with BP-I experiencing a major depressive episode (with or without mixed features) requiring treatment and initiating treatment with cariprazine. It will examine outcomes of cariprazine treatment in a real-world setting in patients with BP-I commonly seen in clinical practices. Cariprazine (Vraylar) is a medication indicated in the United States and Canada to treat adult patients experiencing manic, mixed or depressive episodes associated with BP-I. This study plans to enroll approximately 170 adult patients with BP-I from the United States and Canada. Cariprazine should be prescribed by the physician under the usual and customary practice of physician prescription. The decision to initiate treatment with cariprazine should be made prior to, and independently from, the patient's decision to participate in the study. Participants will receive cariprazine as prescribed by their physician.
