This is a Phase 3, 6-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, outpatient study in subjects with schizophrenia with an inadequate response to their current atypical antipsychotic treatment. This is a Phase 3, multicenter, 52-week, outpatient, open-label extension (OLE) study to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of adjunctive KarXT in subjects with schizophrenia with an inadequate response to their current antipsychotic treatment who previously completed the treatment period (Visit 8/Day 42 ± 3) of ARISE Study (KAR-012). This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This is a multi-site epidemiological study designed to monitor circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) status in participants with Stage II (high risk)/III colorectal cancer (CRC) following resection/prior to adjuvant chemotherapy (AdCTx), during the course of AdCTx and for a period of up to 630 days (21 months) thereafter, according to CRC stages and disease characteristics. Participants receive no therapeutic intervention as part of this study. This study will identify participants with confirmed Stage II (high risk)/III CRC that are positive for ctDNA after resection who might be potential candidates for the clinical study BNT122-01 (NCT04486378), a study of RO7198457 after completion of standard adjuvant chemotherapy in this patient population. These participants will have the option to enter screening for BNT122-01 at Screening Visit 2 of that study if they meet the eligibility criteria of BNT000-001 during screening. Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the ability of non-invasive brain stimulation during sleep to enhance people's deep sleep and its potential benefit on memory in people with mild cognitive impairment via home use sleep therapy device (SleepWISP) as well as learn about biomarkers associated with Alzheimer disease (AD). The clinical trial aims to answer the following main questions: 1. Whether the non-invasive transcranial electrical stimulation (TES) delivered by SleepWISP could provide short-term enhancement of deep sleep in a single night in the target population. 2. Whether TES delivered by SleepWISP could enhance deep sleep over multiple nights in the target population. 3. Whether enhance on deep sleep could improve memory performance in the target population. Participants will be asked to wear non-invasive and painless devices that record their brain activity during sleep along with an actigraphy watch that measures their movement throughout the day.
