The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of MK-6837, administered as a monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475), in participants with histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced/metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to conventional therapy. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of nipocalimab when compared to placebo in decreasing the risk of fetal anemia (a condition in which a baby's red blood cell volume falls below normal levels while the baby is developing in the womb) with live neonates in pregnant participants at risk for severe hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn.

Naxitamab Added to Induction for Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma

This is a prospective, multicenter clinical trial in subjects with newly diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma to evaluate the efficacy and safety of administering naxitamab with standard induction therapy. The initial chemotherapy will include 5 cycles of multi-agent chemotherapy. Naxitamab will be added to all 5 Induction cycles. We hypothesize that the addition of anti-GD2 therapy to induction chemotherapy will result in improved end of induction responses and improved survival.
