This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 3-arm study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate-to-severe AD on background TCS who have had inadequate response to prior biologic or oral JAKi therapy. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for subcutaneous (SC) injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate-to-severe AD aged 12 years and older on background TCS and have had an inadequate response to prior biologic or an oral JAKi therapy. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have the option to enter the Long-Term Safety Study LTS17367 (RIVER-AD). The study duration will be up to 56 weeks for participants not entering the long-term safety study (LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]) including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 36-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. The study duration will be up to 40 weeks for participants entering the long-term safety study (LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]) including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 36-week randomized double-blind period. This is a study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of IMVT-1402 in adult participants with Graves' disease (GD) who are hyperthyroid despite antithyroid drug (ATD) treatment. This study will look at the effects of CagriSema in people with both type 2 diabetes and painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy, compared to placebo. Participants will either get an active medicine or a "dummy" medicine (placebo). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. This is a multicenter trial to establish the efficacy of cooling and the optimal duration of induced hypothermia for neuroprotection in pediatric comatose survivors of cardiac arrest. The study team hypothesizes that longer durations of cooling may improve either the proportion of children that attain a good neurobehavioral recovery or may result in better recovery among the proportion already categorized as having a good outcome. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to the usual treatment (conventional image guided radiation therapy \[IGRT\] and chemotherapy followed by immunotherapy with durvalumab or osimertinib) versus the usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and cannot be treated by surgery (inoperable). SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. IGRT is a type of radiation that uses a computer to create a picture of the tumor, to help guide the radiation beam during therapy, making it more accurate and causing less damage to healthy tissue. Usual chemotherapy used in this trial consists of combinations of the following drugs: cisplatin, carboplatin, paclitaxel, nab-paclitaxel, pemetrexed, and etoposide. Cisplatin and carboplatin are in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. Cisplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Carboplatin works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells as well. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It works by stopping the growth and spread of tumor cells. Nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel which may have fewer side effects and work better than other forms of paclitaxel. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by blocking the action of a certain substance in the body that may help tumor cells multiply. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) repair and may kill tumor cells. Immunotherapy with durvalumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Adding SBRT to the usual treatment of IGRT with chemotherapy and immunotherapy may be more effective at treating patients with locally-advanced non-small cell lung cancer than giving the usual treatment alone. The goal of the study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and efficacy of TERN-701, a novel highly selective allosteric inhibitor of BCR-ABL1, in participants with previously treated chronic phase - chronic myeloid leukemia (CP-CML). The study has two parts: Part 1 of the trial (Dose Escalation) will evaluate sequential dose escalation cohorts of TERN-701 administered once daily. Part 2 (Dose Expansion) consists of randomized, parallel dose expansion cohorts of TERN-701 that will further evaluate the efficacy and safety of at least 2 recommended dose levels for expansion selected from Part 1. In both Part 1 and Part 2, participants will receive continuous daily dosing of TERN-701 divided into 28-day cycles. During the treatment period, participants will have scheduled visits to the trial center at Cycle 1 day 1(C1D1), C1D2, C1D8, C1D15, and C1D16, followed by Day 1 of Cycles 2 through 7, and Day 1 of every 3 cycles thereafter. Approximately 100 participants could be enrolled in this trial, including up to 60 participants in Part 1 (dose escalation), including optional backfill cohorts, and approximately 40 participants in Part 2 (randomized dose expansion). This is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study of SW-682 in adult participants with metastatic or unresectable advanced solid tumors with or without Hippo pathway alterations that are refractory to, or have progressed, during or after appropriate prior systemic anticancer therapy, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy or targeted therapy, or for which no treatment is available, or prior standard of care (SOC) therapy was not tolerated and for which there is no further SOC treatment available. The study includes a Part 1 (Phase 1a) dose escalation phase and a Part 2 (Phase 1b) dose expansion to optimize the dose to be used for further development.
