The purpose of this trial is to test whether treatment with tralokinumab (administered subcutaneous injections \[SC\]) in combination with topical corticosteroids (TCS) is safe and effective to treat moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) in children and infants. This will be judged by a range of assessments that rate the severity and extent of atopic dermatitis and its symptoms, as well as general health status and quality of life. The trial will last for up to 4 years. There will be visits every 2 weeks for the first year and every 6 weeks thereafter. Some of the visits will be conducted by phone. The study involves two different age groups: children aged 2 to under 12 years and infants aged 6 months to under 2 years. This trial compares tralokinumab +TCS to placebo + TCS for children with moderate-to-severe AD and evaluates tralokinumab + TCS for infants with moderate-to-severe AD. Infants will not receive placebo. All subjects will go through a screening process, which is the first part of the trial and will last up to 4 weeks. During this period, it will be checked if the child or infant meets the criteria to participate in the trial. The children will be randomly assigned to receive tralokinumab + TCS or placebo + TCS for the initial 16 weeks, with the treatment being double-blinded. During the first 16 weeks, children will have a 2 out of 3 chance of getting tralokinumab and a 1 out of 3 chance of getting placebo. Thereafter, all subjects will receive tralokinumab + TCS. The infants will receive tralokinumab + TCS as open-label treatment for the entire treatment period, meaning that the participants will know they are receiving tralokinumab. This phase II trial tests how well tailoring therapy in post-surgery works in patients with low-risk endometrial cancer. The usual approach for patients with low-risk endometrial cancer is treatment with surgery. In this study, tissue that is removed as part of the surgical procedure is analyzed in the pathology laboratory to help guide the doctor to decide whether or not additional treatment such as radiation and or chemotherapy should be recommended. This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib. Pregnant women aged 18-40 with gestational diabetes (GDM) will take part in this study. We want to see how two different insulin treatments affect their blood sugar after they eat. These women usually use a rapid-acting insulin analog (RAA) that's injected to control their blood sugar before and after meals. They will come to the clinic for two meal sessions. For the first meal, we will randomly decide if they will use the usual RAA insulin or a newer inhaled insulin called technosphere insulin (TI). They will use the other type of insulin for their second meal. After each meal, we will compare their blood sugar levels. Read Less

This phase III trial studies how well carvedilol works in preventing cardiac toxicity in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. There is some preliminary information that it may protect the kidneys from damage due to diabetes and other diseases. "Pentoxifylline in Diabetic Kidney Disease" is a study to bee conducted in 40 VA hospitals across the nation to determine definitively whether or not PTX can prevent worsening of kidney disease and delay death in patients with diabetic kidney disease. This is a cross-sectional study with an optional intervention that will examine how extreme sleep durations relate to cardiovascular health, physical activity, and sleep quality by studying three groups of participants: short sleepers (≤ 6 hrs), long sleepers (≥ 9 hrs), and average duration sleepers (7-8 hrs). The optional intervention asks participants to maintain an 8-hour per night regular sleep schedule for one week. Read Less

This is a phase 3, open-label, randomized, multi-center study assessing the efficacy and safety of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR Exon20ins mutation, who are newly diagnosed or have not received prior systemic therapy in advanced stage. Primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of DZD9008 versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy using by BICR-assessed PFS per RECIST 1.1 as primary endpoint. Approximately 320 participants are estimated to be randomized into the study.
