This phase III trial studies how well atezolizumab added to the usual radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-IIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy, such as stereotactic body radiation therapy, uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. The project aims to evaluate four different versions and modalities of interventions encouraging mammogram screening among all eligible women due or overdue for screening. The evaluation will compare among the following forms of outreach to help determine whether (a) live calls are more effective at increasing mammogram screening than other forms of outreach and (b) each form of outreach is more effective than no outreach: (1) a postcard, (2) a letter, (3) an auto-dialer phone message, and (4) a live call from a care gaps team. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat plus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one next-generation hormonal agent (NHA). This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment that has been shown to prolong overall survival may be candidates for these trials. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with some genetic changes or abnormalities (mutations) may benefit from treatment that targets that particular genetic mutation. ComboMATCH is designed to match patients to a treatment that may work to control their tumor and may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with locally advanced or advanced solid tumors. This is a Phase 2, multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of VGT-309, a tumor-targeted, activatable fluorescent imaging agent, in subjects undergoing surgery for proven or suspected cancer in the lung. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-101 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin's lymphomas: third line or later of treatment (3L) + chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-germinal center B cell (GCB) DLBCL, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), or transformed indolent NHL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-101 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-101 and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with CLL or non-GCB DLBCL. Approximately 128 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-101, until the MAD/MTD is determined, as part of the approximately 60 month study duration. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive oral ABBV-101, as part of the approximately 60 month study duration . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The study will first determine the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving first line anti-PD(L)1 treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Phase 2 open-label, single-arm clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant olaparib + LHRH agonist administered for 6 months prior to radical prostatectomy (RP) in men with unfavorable intermediate-risk or high-risk localized prostate cancer. All patients must have confirmed germline or somatic BRCA1/2 gene mutation. Germline and somatic mutation testing will be performed as part of commercially available CLIA assays and will be validated on a uniform platform centrally all patients retrospectively. Eligible patients will receive treatment with olaparib + LHRH agonist. Following 6 months of therapy, patients will undergo RP with mandatory lymph node dissection. The lymph node dissection template will be at the discretion of the treating urologist. RP specimens will undergo pathology blinded independent central review. Following RP, patients will be followed for testosterone recovery and PSA progression. Read Less
