Up to 30 men with metastatic prostate cancer will undergo up to 2 FTT PET/CT scans to look at PARP activity in sites of known cancer. Subjects will undergo a baseline scan prior to starting new therapy and a second, optional, post-therapy scan 1-21 days after the start of treatment. The goal of this study is to develop a comprehensive characterization of genetic and molecular drivers of breast and prostate cancer in individuals of African ancestry. The study is conducted by the African Caribbean Cancer Consortium (AC3) and involves the recruitment of patients from nine international AC3 research sites in the Bahamas, Barbados, Benin, Burkina Faso, Haiti, Jamaica, Kenya, Namibia, and Trinidad and Tobago, and the US. The main questions are to: molecularly characterize genomic changes in the African Cancer genomes of the breast and prostate and identify the effects of social determinants of health and lifestyle factors on mutational landscape. Black individuals that have been diagnosed with pathologically confirmed prostate or breast cancer will be included. Detailed social determinants of health survey, blood and archived FFPE tissues will be collected. (Tier 1) All patient tissues will be subject to IHC for receptor status (ER, AR, PR Her2/neu). All patients with available germline DNA from blood will receive genetic screening using a Commercial gene panel testing. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how a group resistance training plan can improve body mobility and strength in female breast cancer patients who have completed their breast cancer treatment. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is resistance training feasible following breast cancer treatment Can it improve the body's mobility and strength lost as a result of the breast cancer treatment can it improve the body's composition (for example muscle mass) can resistance training increase one's activity level and help prevent weight gain, perhaps, lowering the risk of cancer recurrence. Participants will attend a group resistance training exercise group program, 3-4 times per week, under close supervision with monitoring a participant's ability to safely and effectively complete the program. The Strata Trial (STR-001-001) has been initiated by Strata Oncology to evaluate the clinical benefit of systematic comprehensive genomic profiling for participants with advanced cancer using real-world data and endpoints, while assessing the proportion of participants available for clinical trials and approved targeted therapies in advanced and/or aggressive cancers. The Strata Trial uses surplus, or leftover, tumor specimens for molecular profiling and does not require additional study-specific procedures. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to enhance the care of older metastatic gastric cancer (mGC) patients by increasing awareness among oncology providers of the unique aspects of care required for older patients. The goal of the study is to educate providers on the utility of geriatric assessment in guiding therapy of older mGC patients.
