This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. This is a phase 1 first in human, dose escalation trial of GP-2250 administered in combination with gemcitabine in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer previously treated with 5-fluorouracil-based chemotherapy. Prior radiosensitization with gemcitabine, the use of 5-fluorouracil, FOLFIRINOX or Nab-paclitaxel/gemcitabine in the neoadjuvant setting, and prior pancreaticoduodenectomy (Whipple procedure) is allowed. If prior treatment with gemcitabine was at therapeutic doses, a minimum of 3 months must have elapsed since the end of such treatment. As a precursor to 5-FU use of capecitabine-based chemotherapy is also permitted. Read Less

The overarching goal of this trial is to develop mechanisms to improve cardiovascular care among such prostate cancer patients receiving ADT by increasing patient awareness of individualized cardiovascular risk estimates and mitigation opportunities. Patients will be given access to a web-based quality improvement tool to educate patients of cardiovascular risks in prostate cancer and to inform them of their individualized, estimated cardiovascular risk and guideline-based risk mitigation recommendations. The study will assess the feasibility of this web-based application as a cardiovascular education tool for patients with prostate cancer. The research objective is to identify a simple, pragmatic, innovative way of enhancing Tobacco Use Treatment (TUT) rates within oncology. To investigate this possibility, the investigators propose methods that will allow them to: 1) evaluate the impact of standing orders to initiate a varenicline management protocol within outpatient cancer treatment workflow, 2) assess the potential for an EHR-based intervention to affect patient TUT behaviors, and 3) identify important facilitators and barriers that impact effectiveness of the intervention. The investigators will assess whether including a standing order for prescription and management of varenicline (TUT Service+VM) within the workflow for cancer patients identified as current smokers will significantly increase TUT engagement rates compared to current standard of care (TUT Service alone). The investigators hypothesize that observed treatment engagement rates will be higher among clinicians exposed to TUT Service+VM than observed in clinicians exposed to TUT Service alone. Read Less

This randomized non-inferiority study will use a 2x2 design where traditional standard-of-care pre-test (visit 1) and post-test (visit 2: disclosure) counseling delivered by a genetic counselor are replaced with a self-directed web-based eHealth intervention to provide critical data to inform optimal ways to deliver clinical genetic testing in eligible individuals, while maintaining quality of care and favorable cognitive, affective and behavioral outcomes. This is an observational study for patients with prostate cancer that will be treated with Androgen Deprivation Therapy. The study will help the investigators learn more about how these medications affect the heart and how those effects relate to patients' medical history and social determinants of health (such as race, gender identity, education, occupation, access to health services and economic resources). Patients on this study will have echocardiograms, blood draws, and answer questions about their symptoms and activity level. Patients will be followed on this study for up to 5 years. Read Less

This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. INBRX-105, a next generation bispecific antibody, targets the human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) receptor and the human 4-1BB receptor. This study expands the application of an electronic health record (EHR) "nudge" used to prompt physicians' clinical practice to order molecular testing at the time of initial diagnosis for patients with specific types of advanced lung cancer. The primary goal is to have these test results available prior to starting treatment so that physicians can make molecularly-informed treatment decisions.
