A Study to Investigate LYL797 in Adults With Solid Tumors

This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. The second part of the study will test that dose in additional TNBC and NSCLC patients.

Trial to Evaluate Safety and Tolerability of GP-2250 in Combination With Gemcitabine

This is a phase 1 first in human, dose escalation trial of GP-2250 administered in combination with gemcitabine in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer previously treated with 5-fluorouracil-based chemotherapy.

eHealth Delivery Alternative for Cancer Genetic Testing for Hereditary Cancer

This randomized non-inferiority study will use a 2x2 design where traditional standard-of-care pre-test (visit 1) and post-test (visit 2: disclosure) counseling delivered by a genetic counselor are replaced with a self-directed web-based eHealth intervention to provide critical data to inform optimal ways to deliver clinical genetic testing in eligible individuals, while maintaining quality of care and favorable cognitive, affective and behavioral outcomes.

Study of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Solid Tumors Including Head and Neck Cancer

This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. INBRX-105, a next generation bispecific antibody, targets the human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) receptor and the human 4-1BB receptor. INBRX-105 provides localized conditional T-cell co-stimulation through 4-1BB agonism.
