This trial collects multiple tissue and blood samples, along with medical information, from cancer patients. The "Cancer Moonshot Biobank" is a longitudinal study. This means it collects and stores samples and information over time, throughout the course of a patient's cancer treatment. By looking at samples and information collected from the same people over time, researchers hope to better understand how cancer changes over time and over the course of medical treatments. This study will enroll adult participants with early-stage (stage II-IIIB) non-small cell lung cancer for whom surgery is planned. The aim is to find out whether an investigational treatment (consisting of the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab plus chemotherapy plus a third drug) works better than cemiplimab plus chemotherapy without the additional drug. The study is also looking at several other research questions, including: * What are the side effects associated with the investigational treatments in comparison to the control treatment? * Do the investigational treatments or the control treatment have an effect on the type of surgery that is performed? * How much of the study drug(s) are in the blood at a given time? * Does the body make antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects)? This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer with intermediate or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib.
