The purpose of this study is to determine if combination treatment with cemiplimab, motixafortide, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel is effective in decreasing the size of the tumor(s), if it will prolong life in patients, and if it's safe. The treatment consists of standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which is FDA approved and is standard treatment for patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Participants will receive immunotherapy (cemiplimab) which activates the body's immune system to attack cancer cells. Cemiplimab is FDA approved for treatment of skin cancer but not for pancreas cancer. Participants will also receive Motixafortide, a new medication which has shown in the laboratory to help immunotherapy work better. Motixafortide has been tested together with immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab), and chemotherapy (5-Fluorouracil and liposomal Irinotecan) and was deemed safe to test additional patients. Motixafortide has not been tested with the specific immunotherapy (Cemiplimab) and chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) which participants will receive and is being tested in this clinical trial. This clinical trial assesses whether using a test developed by DiviTum can identify optimal levels of CDK 4/6 inhibitor medications in the blood and whether assessing medical compliance and drug-drug interactions can optimize (improve) these levels in patients with estrogen receptor (ER) or progesterone receptor (PR) positive, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and are receiving CDK 4/6 inhibitors. CDK4/6 inhibitors in combination with endocrine therapy (ET) is first line treatment for metastatic hormone positive (ER/PR positive) breast cancer (mBC). Thymidine kinase is a biomarker (biological molecule found in blood, other body fluids, or tissues that is a sign of a condition or disease) that reflects cell proliferation (an increase in the number of cells as a result of cell growth and cell division). DiviTum-thymidine kinase activity (TKa) is a Food and Drug Administration approved assay which showed that a TKa is associated with the decreased likelihood of disease progression within 30 days or 60 days post testing. Using the DiviTum-TKa may improve medication compliance and remove potential drug-drug interactions in patients with ER/PR positive HER2-negative MBC. Read Less

Part 1 Monotherapy Dose Escalation, Part 2 Combination Dose Escalation and Part 3 Dose Expansion (Monotherapy and Combination therapy). Part 1, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered alone in escalating dose levels to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 2, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered at escalating dose levels in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent or with a VEGFR TKI to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib.
