This phase II trial tests whether the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab is better than nivolumab alone to shrink tumors in patients with deficient mismatch repair system (dMMR) endometrial carcinoma that has come back after a period of time during which the cancer could not be detected (recurrent). Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mismatch repair (MMR) is a system for recognizing and repairing damaged DNA. In 2-3% of endometrial cancers this may be due to a hereditary condition resulted from gene mutation called Lynch Syndrome (previously called hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer or HNPCC). MMR deficient cells usually have many DNA mutations. Tumors that have evidence of mismatch repair deficiency tend to be more sensitive to immunotherapy. There is some evidence that nivolumab with ipilimumab can shrink or stabilize cancers with deficient mismatch repair system. However, it is not known whether this will happen in endometrial cancer; therefore, this study is designed to answer that question. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving nivolumab in combination with ipilimumab may be better than nivolumab alone in treating dMMR recurrent endometrial carcinoma. Read Less

This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. This study will examine the safety and efficacy of TNX-102 SL to reduce ASR symptoms and behavioral changes among patients presenting to the emergency department (ED) after motor vehicle collision (MVC). Specifically, the investigators will perform the Optimizing Acute Stress reaction Interventions with TNX-102 SL (OASIS) Trial, a double-blind placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial (RCT) to determine if TNX-102 SL initiated in the ED in the hours after MVC to high risk individuals, treats/reduces acute stress reaction (ASR)/acute stress disorder (ASD) symptoms (primary outcome), improves neurocognitive function, and prevents/reduces posttraumatic stress (PTS) symptoms (secondary outcomes) long term. 180 participants will be randomized, receive study drug in ED and be discharged with a 2-week drug supply. Prior to initial dose of study drug administration, and during the hours, days, and weeks after participants will receive serial longitudinal assessments of psychological and somatic symptoms, neurocognitive function, and adverse events. The collaborative care model (CCM) is a health services intervention that integrates mental health care in primary care settings. The goal of this study is to adapt the CCM to the perinatal care context, including community co-designed adaptations to enhance health equity (COMPASS+). The main objectives of the study are to: 1. Evaluate the effect of COMPASS+ on depression symptom outcomes. Specifically we will evaluate population-level depression symptom trajectories and the prevalence of suicidal ideation among. We will also measure rates of depression response and remission for those who have elevated screen scores (i.e., PHQ9 ≥ 10) 2. Adapt, optimize, and evaluate COMPASS+ implementation strategies to the unique context of perinatal care and evaluate implementation outcomes. The RE-AIM framework will be used to evaluate implementation outcomes (acceptability, appropriateness, feasibility, and fidelity). We hypothesize that variability in effectiveness outcomes will be attributable to variability in fidelity to the implementation strategies or in implementation outcomes. 3. This is an observational study in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) who will be receiving finerenone. Kidneys filter extra water and waste out of the blood and make urine. CKD is a long-term, progressive, decrease in the kidneys' ability to filter the blood properly. In people with T2D, the body does not make enough of a hormone called insulin, or does not use insulin well enough, resulting in high blood sugar levels that can cause damage to the kidneys. As a result, CKD can occur as a complication of T2D. Finerenone works by blocking certain proteins, called mineralocorticoid receptors. An increased stimulation of these proteins is thought to damage the kidneys and the heart. By lowering their stimulation, finerenone reduces the risk of kidney disease progressively getting worse. Finerenone is available and approved for doctors to prescribe to people with CKD and T2D. Since it has only recently become available for these patients, there is a need for more information about the use of finerenone in the real-world setting. The main purpose of the study is to learn more about treatment patterns in people with CKD and T2D who just started or will start finerenone treatment as decided and prescribed by their doctor as part of their routine medical care. To answer this question, the researchers will collect data on: * Clinical characteristics (e.g., history of CKD and T2D, blood pressure, heart health) of the participants * Reasons for starting finerenone * Reasons for stopping finerenone early * How long participants have been taking finerenone (planned by their doctor compared to actual time it was taken) * Dosing of finerenone * Other medications used while taking finerenone The researchers will also collect data on medical problems (called adverse events) that the participants may have during the study. All adverse events are collected, even if they might not be related to the study treatment. Hyperkalemia, a medical term used to describe a potassium level in the blood that is higher than normal, is of special interest when finerenone is combined with some medications commonly taken to control blood pressure. Researchers want to know how often higher potassium levels occur, and when it leads to: * Stopping finerenone treatment too early * Dialysis (a medical procedure to filter the blood of extra water and waste) * Care in a hospital All data will come from medical records or from interviews study doctors will have with the participants during visits that take place during routine medical care. Participants in the US will be invited to provide voluntary blood and urine samples that could be analyzed later to better understand possible changes in protein or nucleic acid levels over time. Each participant will be in the study for 12 months. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine alone or when given together with other anti-cancer therapies. This study also aims to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07934040) as pill by mouth twice a day repeating for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07934040 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at various times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07934040) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, they will come into the clinic between 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle. After they have stopped taking the study medication (at about at 2 years) they will be followed for another two years to see how they are doing. Read Less
