This phase II trial tests whether nivolumab in combination with cabozantinib works in patients with mucosal melanoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving nivolumab in combination with cabozantinib could prevent cancer from returning. Read Less

This is a multi-part Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of azenosertib (ZN-c3) in subjects with Platinum-Resistant, High-Grade Serous Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to determine if telisotuzumab vedotin works better than docetaxel and to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC who have previously been treated. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of Teliso-V or Docetax at an 1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin or IV infusion of docetaxel. Approximately 698 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in approximately 300 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin every 2 weeks or docetaxel every 3 weeks until meeting study drug discontinuation criteria. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding immunotherapy (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) to standard treatment (chemotherapy with or without radiation) to the standard treatment alone in improving survival in patients with stage I and II classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is made of a monoclonal antibody called brentuximab that is linked to a cytotoxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive lymphoma cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, bleomycin sulfate, vinblastine sulfate, dacarbazine, and procarbazine hydrochloride work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill cancer cells. Vincristine is in a class of medications called vinca alkaloids. It works by stopping cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Adding immunotherapy to the standard treatment of chemotherapy with or without radiation may increase survival and/or fewer short-term or long-term side effects in patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma compared to the standard treatment alone. This phase II/III trial compares the addition of nivolumab to the usual treatment of paclitaxel and ramucirumab to paclitaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with gastric or esophageal adenocarcinoma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Adding nivolumab to ramucirumab and paclitaxel may work better to treat patients with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer. This is a Phase III, global, randomized, open-label, multicenter, study evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjuvant giredestrant compared with endocrine therapy of physician's choice in participants with medium- and high-risk Stage I-III histologically confirmed estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative early breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Giving immunotherapy with nivolumab and ipilimumab and targeted therapy with cabozantinib may help shrink and stabilize nasopharyngeal cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus pemetrexed in combination with carboplatin for the treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study have NSCLC that has continued to progress on prior treatment with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination in participants with select B-cell lymphomas including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), Richter's transformation lymphoma (RTL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This study will also evaluate zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination with respect to objective response rate. * Cohort A: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies including a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibition/inhibitor (BTKi), and post therapy chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy or ineligible for CAR-T cell therapy * Cohort B: Participants with relapsed or refractory RT disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy * Cohort C: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy and no prior exposure to a non-covalent BTKi * Cohort D: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL and CLL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy * Cohort E: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy The primary study hypothesis is that zilovertamab vedotin monotherapy has an increased Objective Response Rate (ORR) per Lugano Response Criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR). Bilateral salpingectomy involves the surgical removal of fallopian tubes, and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy involves the surgical removal of both the fallopian tubes and ovaries. This phase II trial studies whether adding pembrolizumab to olaparib (standard of care) works better than olaparib alone in treating patients with pancreatic cancer with germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). BRCA1 and BRCA2 are human genes that produce tumor suppressor proteins. These proteins help repair damaged deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and, therefore, play a role in ensuring the stability of each cell's genetic material. When either of these genes is mutated, or altered, such that its protein product is not made or does not function correctly, DNA damage may not be repaired properly. As a result, cells are more likely to develop additional genetic alterations that can lead to some types of cancer, including pancreatic cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, a protein that helps repair damaged DNA. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. The addition of pembrolizumab to the usual treatment of olaparib may help to shrink tumors in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer with BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations. Read Less
