This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). This is a Phase 2/3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of DM199 (rinvecalinase alfa) in treating participants with moderate stroke severity, who present within 24 hours of Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) onset due to small and medium vessel occlusions. This study focuses on participants with limited treatment options. Participants who have or will receive mechanical thrombectomy (MT) are not eligible for participation. Additionally, participants who have received fibrinolytics are excluded unless they experience a persistent neurological deficit of moderate severity six or more hours after fibrinolytic treatment. Participants considered for this trial should not be denied the use of standard of care (SoC) AIS therapies, such as fibrinolytics or MT, when appropriate. This is a Phase 2a/b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 6-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlitelimab in adult participants with non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) who are on a gluten free diet (GFD) with and without simulated inadvertent gluten exposure (SIGE). The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) amlitelimab in male and female participants (aged 18 to 75 years, inclusive) with NRCD. The study will assess the effect of amlitelimab when compared to placebo on gluten induced changes in the intestinal mucosa as measured by the villous height to crypt depth (Vh:Cd) ratio. The effect of amlitelimab on participant-reported celiac signs and symptoms along with the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of amlitelimab will also be studied. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 48 weeks (including a 16-week safety follow-up period) with 10 visits for participants who opt not to enter the optional long-term extension. The study duration will be up to 172 weeks (including an 8-week safety follow-up period) with 22 visits for participants who enter the optional long-term extension. The main purpose of this study is to assess if olomorasib in combination with pembrolizumab is more effective than the pembrolizumab and placebo combination in part A in participants with resected KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC and to assess if olomorasib in combination with durvalumab is more effective than the durvalumab and placebo combination in part B in participants with unresectable KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease.
