The primary study hypotheses are:
SBRT plus pembrolizumab prolongs Event-free Survival (EFS) compared to SBRT plus placebo (normal saline solution), and
SBRT plus pembrolizumab prolongs Overall Survival (OS) compared to SBRT plus placebo.
