This clinical trial compares the use of the connected customized treatment platform (CONCURxP), consisting of using a medication monitoring device called WiseBag along with text message reminders for missed or extra medication events, to enhanced usual care (EUC), where patients only use the WiseBag, to monitor medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. To ensure CDK4/6 inhibitors achieve their full clinical benefit, patients need to take them as prescribed, following a complex treatment schedule. Forgetfulness was the most common reason reported for medication non adherence. Using the WiseBag along with CONCURxP or enhanced usual care may improve medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. Read Less

This phase II/III Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial compares the effect of adding cemiplimab to docetaxel and ramucirumab versus docetaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Cemiplimab is a monoclonal antibody that stimulates the immune system by blocking the PD-1 pathway. Tumors use the PD-1 pathway to escape attacks from the immune system. By blocking the PD-1 pathway, cemiplimab may help the immune system recognize and attack tumor cells. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Adding cemiplimab to usual treatment, docetaxel and ramucirumab, may kill more tumor cells compared to docetaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. This study will look at whether motivational sessions (including regular calls with a trained health coach) in combination with time-restricted eating (TRE) is an effective way to achieve weight loss and lower cardiometabolic risk in adult survivors of childhood cancer. The researchers will look at how effective this intervention is compared to the usual approach, which is to review educational materials and measure weight once a month. Young people with cancer have difficult experiences and writing exercises may help improve their well-being. However, very few studies have examined how a creative writing activity might be useful for young people with cancer. In this pilot study, researchers at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital hope to explore whether teenagers and young adults with cancer want to participate in a writing exercise and whether they find it to be valuable. TARA-002-101-Ph2 is an open-label study to investigate the safety and anti-tumor activity of intravesical instillation of TARA-002 in adults 18 years of age or older with high-grade CIS NMIBC (± Ta/T1). The purpose of this Phase 2 study (TARA-002-101-Ph2) is to further assess the safety and anti-tumor activity of TARA-002 at the RP2D which has been established in the Phase 1a dose finding study (TARA-002-101-Ph1a). This Phase 2 study includes participants with CIS NMIBC (± Ta/T1) with active disease (defined as disease present at last tumor evaluation prior to signing ICF). Participants will be enrolled into one of 2 cohorts: Cohort A: * Participants with CIS (± Ta/T1) who are BCG naive, or * Participants with CIS (± Ta/T1) who are BCG exposed and have not received intravesical BCG for at least 24 months prior to the most recent CIS diagnosis Cohort B: * Participants with persistent or recurrent CIS (± Ta/T1) who are BCG unresponsive within 12 months of completion of adequate BCG therapy (minimum 5/6 doses induction and 2/3 doses maintenance or 2/6 doses reinduction) Read Less
