The purpose of this study is to understand e-cigarette use and interest in quitting by exploring e vaping behaviors among a cohort of AYA survivors (N=500). The investigators will also examine demographic, medical, and psychosocial factors associated with vaping behaviors. Primary Objectives: Phase 1. * Objective 1. Identify characteristics of adolescent and young adult childhood cancer survivors (AYA CCS) nicotine vaping behaviors (e.g., e-cigarette use, interest in quitting, and quit attempts) and associations with demographic (e.g., sex, race, socioeconomic status, LGBTQ+ identification), cancer-specific (e.g., diagnosis, treatment factors), and psychosocial and behavioral factors. * Objective 2. Develop strategies to improve implementation of an evidence-based, mHealth vaping cessation program within an AYA oncology clinic. * Objective 2a: Use qualitative interviews to explore patient preferences regarding program implementation (e.g., timing of assessment of vaping behavior, confidentiality, referral approach) and identify barriers to uptake. * Objective 2b: Interview and/or ask healthcare providers (e.g., practitioners, advanced practice providers, social workers practicing in AYA oncology settings) to complete open- ended questionnaires related to current processes (e.g., workflow), needs, and barriers for assessing e-cigarette use and vaping cessation referral processes. Evaluate healthcare providers' information needs, preferences, and tools needed for integrating e- cigarette assessment and cessation program referrals into current practice. Phase 2. * Objective 3. Develop and test vaping assessment and referral implementation processes (developed from Objectives 1 \& 2)., and uptake of an established mHealth vaping cessation program * Objective 3a: Using qualitative and quantitative measures, we will assess the reach (% of eligible AYA CCS that enrolled in mHealth program), adoption (% providers making referrals), strategy potential (provider/patient perceptions of referral process; appropriateness of program for patients), and maintenance (barriers/facilitators to implementation) of the program. This clinical trial compares telephone-based physical activity coaching to self monitored physical activity for improving physical function in older adults who are undergoing surgery for lung cancer and their caregivers. Lung cancer surgery in older adults is associated with functional declines and unique challenges. Performing physical activity around the time of surgery has been shown to improve functional outcomes in patients and exercise programs delivered via telehealth may improve access and convenience for patients and minimize participant burden. Telephone-based physical activity coaching may improve physical functioning for older adults with lung cancer who are undergoing surgery. Read Less

This prospective, multi-center, randomized, controlled clinical trial is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the pdSTIM System to facilitate weaning from mechanical ventilation through phrenic nerve stimulation. Potential subjects who are on mechanical ventilation for at least four days and have failed at least one weaning attempt will be considered for the study. Those enrolled will be randomized in a 1:1 manner between the treatment group that is standard of care with the pdSTIM System and a Control group, which is standard of care alone. To do this, they need more information about the characteristics of neuroblastoma cells. Therefore, they want to study samples of neuroblastoma tissues and neuroblastoma and normal cells in the blood and bone marrow that may be related to the growth of neuroblastoma cells. This is an observational, non-therapeutic study to collect clinical and molecular information of pediatric patients with childhood melanocytic lesions. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To perform a comprehensive molecular analysis of samples either from paraffin embedded and/or frozen tissue from patients with pediatric melanocytic lesions (including melanoma, spitzoid melanoma, congenital melanoma, melanoma arising in giant nevi). SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: To collect minimal information on patients treated with adjuvant or systemic therapies according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines. Read Less

Patients are enrolled to screening (Reg Step 1) prior to or after ASCT but prior to Reg Step 2. Patients are followed until they will begin Maintenance and then registered to Reg Step 2 (first randomization). Patients are randomized between Lenalidomide for 2 years and Lenalidomide + Daratumumab/rHuPH20. After 2 years of Maintenance, MRD is assessed to guide further therapy. MRD-positive patients will continue with the assigned treatment. MRD-negative patients will be further randomized (Reg Step 3) to either continue or discontinue the assigned treatment. The primary objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of administering the Personalized Single-Category Implicit Association Test (PSC-IAT) to young adult survivors of childhood cancer. Participants will perform a total of three trials of a cognitive task before and after their scheduled SJLIFE cardiovascular stress testing. Participants will then be asked to participate in a qualitative interview about the cognitive task tool and body sensations and emotions experienced during exercise. Read Less

NODE-202 is a Phase 2, multicenter, multinational, single dose, open-label, 2-part, sequential design study in pediatric patients with an established diagnosis of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) presenting with a symptomatic episode of PSVT. In Part 1, at least 30 patients aged 12 to \<18 years will be enrolled and treated with etripamil nasal spray (NS). Efficacy, safety, tolerability and PK (for at least 12 patients) will be assessed after administration of 70 mg etripamil NS (Part 1A). At least 18 subsequent patients will be enrolled and treated with the etripamil NS with the dose determined by the Pharmacokinetic (PK) analysis and will undergo efficacy and safety/tolerability assessments (Part 1B). In Part 2, at least 30 patients aged 6 to \<12 years will be enrolled and treated with etripamil NS at a dose selected based on appropriate body size-based modeling, as well as efficacy, safety/tolerability, and PK data collected in Part 1. Efficacy, safety, tolerability and PK (for at least 12 patients) will be assessed after administration of etripamil NS (Part 2A). At least 18 subsequent patients will be enrolled and treated with the etripamil NS with the dose determined by the PK analysis and will undergo efficacy and safety/tolerability assessments (Part 2B). This clinical trial compares the use of the connected customized treatment platform (CONCURxP), consisting of using a medication monitoring device called WiseBag along with text message reminders for missed or extra medication events, to enhanced usual care (EUC), where patients only use the WiseBag, to monitor medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. To ensure CDK4/6 inhibitors achieve their full clinical benefit, patients need to take them as prescribed, following a complex treatment schedule. Forgetfulness was the most common reason reported for medication non adherence. Using the WiseBag along with CONCURxP or enhanced usual care may improve medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. Read Less

This clinical trial evaluates the effect of Cost Communication and Financial Navigation (CostCOM) intervention on adherence to care and financial burden in cancer patients. Many cancer patients experience financial hardship due to high medical out of pocket costs (OOPC), changes in employment, income and insurance. Financial hardship can lead to a delay or a stop in cancer care, and is linked to poor quality of life. Financial navigation programs, such as CostCOM, provide financial counseling, education and connections to appropriate resources to reduce financial barriers to healthcare and minimize financial stress and burden. CostCOM may improve adherence to care and decrease financial burden in patients with cancer. Read Less
