HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation With Reduced Dose Post Transplantation Cyclophosphamide GvHD Prophylaxis
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Does a reduced dose of PTCy reduce the occurrence of infections in the first 100 days after transplant? * Does a reduced dose of PTCy maintain the same level of protection against Graft Versus Host Disease (GvHD) as the standard... Inotuzumab Ozogamicin in Treating Younger Patients With B-Lymphoblastic Lymphoma or Relapsed or Refractory CD22 Positive B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to CD22 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers ozogamicin to kill them.

Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Post-Induction Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With High-Risk B-ALL, Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia, and B-LLy
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies whether inotuzumab ozogamicin added to post-induction chemotherapy for patients with High-Risk B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) improves outcomes. This trial also studies the outcomes of patients with mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), and B-lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy) when treated with ALL therapy without inotuzumab ozogamicin. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a type of chemotherapy called calicheamicin.... Read More

Open-label of Loncastuximab Tesirine (ADCT-402) in Relapsed/Refractory Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to see if loncastuximab tesirine has any benefits at dose levels researchers found acceptable in earlier studies in patients with related forms of immune cell cancers. The researchers want to find out the effects (good and bad) that loncastuximab tesirine has on the participant and the participant's condition.
