The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of glofitamab (glofit) in combination with rituximab plus ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (R-ICE) in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), who have failed one prior line of therapy incorporating an anti-cluster of differentiation (CD) 20 antibody (i.e., rituximab) and an anthracycline, and who are transplant or chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy eligible, defined as being medically eligible for intensive platinum-based salvage therapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) or for CAR-T therapy. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . This phase II clinical trial studies how well personalized natural killer (NK) cell therapy works after chemotherapy and umbilical cord blood transplant in treating patients with myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia, lymphoma or multiple myeloma. This clinical trial will test cord blood (CB) selection for human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-C1/x recipients based on HLA-killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) typing, and adoptive therapy with CB-derived NK cells for HLA-C2/C2 patients. This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors.
