A Study to Investigate Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Oral Doses of TCK-276 in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

NCT05437419

The study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of multiple orally administered TCK-276 in both males and females with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

Conditions: Rheumatoid Arthritis

CD40L Antagonism in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

NCT05306353

Patients with moderately-to-highly active Rheumatoid arthritis receive a 12-week VIB4920 treatment with Tumor necrosis factor alpha inhibitor (TNFi) compared to background disease-modifying (RA) therapy with TNFi and without the addition of VIB4920. The primary objective is to determine if the addition of a 12-week course of treatment with VIB4920 to a TNFi in patients with RA who have had an inadequate response to a TNFi results in improved clinical disease control.

ATI-450 Plus MTX Versus Placebo Plus MTX in Patients With Moderate to Severe Active RA

NCT05279417

ATI-450 Plus Methotrexate (MTX) Versus Placebo Plus MTX in Patients with Moderate to Severe Active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who have had an Inadequate Response to MTX Alone

COVID-19 VaccinE Response in Rheumatology Patients

NCT05080218

The COVID-19 VaccinE Response in Rheumatology patients (COVER) study is a multicenter randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine supplemental dose (booster) in patients with autoimmune conditions and to evaluate the impact of different immunomodulatory therapies on vaccine response. The investigators propose to recruit up to 1000- patients with autoimmune conditions who have a completed 2-dose regime of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (>28 days prio ...

Splenic Stimulation for RA

NCT05003310

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effects of stimulating the splenic neurovascular bundle (NVB) with the Galvani System, which consists of a lead, implantable pulse generator, external components and accessories. The study will consist of 4 study periods, including a Randomized Control Trial period (Period 1), an Open Label period (Period 2), a Treat-to-target period (Period 3), and a Long-term Follow-up period (Period 4). Participants eligible for implant will have active r ...

Testing of an Educational Tool for Patients With Melanoma and Pre-Existing Autoimmune Disease Who Are Candidates for Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors

NCT04751396

This study learn how easily patients can use an educational tool that will be created for patients with melanoma and pre-existing autoimmune diseases who receive or will receive immune checkpoint inhibitor drugs. Patients will be asked their opinions about the design, accessibility, and content of the tool. Researchers will use the information collected to improve the educational materials that will help patients make future decisions about their treatment.

RA-PRO PRAGMATIC TRIAL

NCT04692493

The 2021 ACR RA treatment guideline, based on widely acknowledged low to moderate quality evidence, recommends switching to a non-tumor necrosis factor (TNFi) biologic (choose among existing medications, currently, rituximab, abatacept, tocilizumab, or sarilumab) or a targeted synthetic DMARD arm (tsDMARD; choose among existing medications, currently, tofacitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib) in patients with active RA despite the use of a TNFi-biologic. In practice, most patients receive another ...

Vagus Nerve Stimulation for Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis

NCT04539964

The RESET-RA study will assess the safety and efficacy of the SetPoint System (study device) for the treatment of adult patients with active, moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to biologic or targeted synthetic Disease-Modifying Anti-Rheumatic Drugs (DMARDs). The study device contains a miniaturized stimulator (implant) that is surgically placed under general anesthesia on the vagus nerve through a small incision on the left side of the nec ...

A Study of Baricitinib in Participants With Rheumatoid Arthritis

NCT04086745

This post-marketing study is designed to compare the safety of baricitinib versus tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors with respect to venous thromboembolic events (VTEs) when given to participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Autoimmune Disorders and Advanced, Metastatic, or Unresectable Cancer

NCT03816345

This phase Ib trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and to see how well it works in treating patients with autoimmune disorders and cancer that has spread to other places in the body or cannot removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

The Effect of Guided Care With Vectra Compared to Treatment as Usual in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

NCT03631225

The goal of treating patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is to achieve remission or low disease activity and thereby prevent joint damage, loss of physical function, and disability. Optimal management requires regular assessment of disease activity, with treatment changes made as needed for optimal efficacy. Vectra is a blood serum test that looks at 12 biomarkers and produces a score on a scale of 1 to 100. The Vectra score has been shown to be the strongest predictor of risk for ...
