Subjects in this study will be randomized to arm A or B at 1:1 ratio as follows: * Arm A (Serplulimab): Serplulimab + chemotherapy (carboplatin-etoposide) * Arm B (control): Atezolizumab + chemotherapy (carboplatin-etoposide)
