The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ARD-101 works to treat hyperphagia-related behavior in patients with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). It will also teach us about the safety of ARD-101. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does ARD-101 improve the total score of the HQCT-9 (hyperphagia questionnaire for clinical trials, 9 questions)? * What medical problems do participants have when taking ARD-101? Researchers will compare ARD-101 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if ARD-101 works to treat hyperphagia in PWS subjects. Eligible participants will: * Take ARD-101 or a placebo every day for 12 weeks. * Visit the clinic or have a tele-visit once every 2 to 4 weeks during dosing and then have a tele-visit 4 weeks after stopping the ARD-101 or placebo. * Patients/Caregivers will keep a daily diary. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Armour Thyroid treatment compared with synthetic T4 in subjects who have primary hypothyroidism and are currently stabilized (i.e., in-range thyroid-stimulating hormone \[TSH\]) on synthetic T4 treatment. Hot flashes and night sweats (also known as vasomotor symptoms or VMS) are the most common symptoms which bother women in menopause. This study will follow women going through menopause who have hot flashes and night sweats that cause them bother. They will be starting a non-hormonal therapy prescribed by their healthcare provider (HCP) to treat these symptoms. The women will visit their HCP's office, research center, or both. They will receive prescriptions for the non-hormonal therapy from their HCP for up to 1 year. This real-world study will provide information on outcomes from various non-hormonal therapies. The study sponsor (Astellas) will not decide which therapy the women receive. However, the sponsor will provide instructions on when the women visit their clinic, and what is recorded during the study. Some of the visits will be in-person, but most will be virtual. The virtual visits can be carried out at home using a smartphone, tablet or computer. The main aim of the study is to check if the hot flashes and night sweats that bother women change after 12 weeks (3 months) of treatment. The study will also check the women's sleep patterns, their productivity at work, and their general well-being before and after starting treatment. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating RA when compared to adalimumab in adult participants with inadequate response or intolerance to one TNF-inhibitor who are on a stable dose of methotrexate (MTX). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of RA. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given adalimumab. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms randomly, to receive either upadacitinib or adalimumab. There is 1 in 2 chance that participants will receive adalimumab. Each group consists of 2 periods. Approximately 480 participants diagnosed with RA will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive the oral upadacitinib once daily and matching adalimumab placebo every other week, or the subcutaneous adalimumab every other week and matching upadacitinib placebo once daily during Period 1. Eligible participants will continue to receive same study treatment in Period 2 as assigned in Period 1 and will be followed for 30 days and 70 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
