This is a multicenter, double-blind, Long-Term Extension (LTE) study to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of APG777 in patients with moderate-to-severe AD who have completed treatment in an APG777 Parent Study (NCT06395948). The LTE study will consist of 3 periods: 1) Screening Visit will coincide with the last visit of the Maintenance Period in the Parent Study 2) Extended Treatment Period 3) Post-treatment Follow-up Period. This study will be conducted in participants with atopic dermatitis (AD) who completed the Treatment Period in a prior APG777 study and who, in the opinion of the Investigator, would benefit from long-term treatment with APG777. This is a Phase 3 global, multicenter, 52-week, open-label extension (OLE) rollover study for subjects completing study CN012-0026, CN012-0027 or CN012-0056. Subjects (randomized or non-randomized) who complete the 38-week CN012-0026 study, 14-week CN012-0027 study or 14-week CN012-0056 study will be eligible to enroll in CN012-0028. The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and * What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with episodic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with episodic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ESK-001 works to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does ESK-001 reduce the severity of people's psoriasis? * How safe is ESK-001 in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? The study includes 2 comparators: a placebo control (a 'dummy' tablet that does not contain the medicine ESK-001 but looks just like it) and an active control (apremilast, which is a medicine approved to treat psoriasis). People taking part in this study must be men or women aged at least 18 years and have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, currently moderate to severe. Participants will: * take drug every day for 24 weeks. * visit the clinic for checkups and tests. * fill out questionnaires about their psoriasis, itch severity, and change in quality of life. * be assessed for health issues and side effects, physical examinations, vital signs, heart electrical activity measurements, and psychological health. * provide blood and urine samples. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The study will focus on participants who have either active subacute CLE or chronic CLE, or both. They may also have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The participants did not respond to antimalarial therapy or had problems with the treatment that made it hard to continue. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the skin disease. Researchers will measure symptoms of CLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index (CLASI), the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Investigator's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R), and the SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI). The main questions researchers want to answer are: * How many participants have a score of 0 or 1 on the CLA-IGA-R looking at skin redness after treatment? * How many participants have their skin disease activity go down by at least 70%? Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and CLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. Both parts will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either litifilimab or placebo for the 1st treatment period. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. * The 1st treatment period will be double blinded which means neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * This double blinded treatment period will last 24 weeks, after which the 2nd treatment period will begin. * During the 2nd treatment period, all participants will receive litifilimab for 28 weeks. * After completing treatment in this study, participants that qualify will be given the choice to join the Long-Term Extension study, 230LE305. If they do not, they will move into a follow-up safety period that will last up to 24 weeks. * The total study duration for participants will be up to 80 weeks Read Less

Endometriosis is a painful disorder of the uterus affecting 6-10% of women of childbearing age. Endometriosis affects daily activities, social relationships, sexuality and sexual activity, and mental health. This study will evaluate how well elagolix in combination with combined oral contraceptives (COC) works within the body and/or how safe it is compared to placebo (does not contain treatment drug). This study will assess the dysmenorrhea (painful periods) response in participants with endometriosis and associated pain. Elagolix is an approved drug for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Participants are randomly put in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Adult female participants who still have periods with a diagnosis of endometriosis will be enrolled. Around 800 participants will be enrolled in the study at multiple sites in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral elagolix or placebo tablets in combination with combined oral contraceptive (COC) or placebo capsules for 3 months. All the participants will receive elagolix tablets in combination with COC tablets from Month 4 through Month 18. There will be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. TARGET-DERM is a longitudinal, observational study of adult and pediatric patients being managed for Atopic Dermatitis and other Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions (IMISC) in usual clinical practice. TARGET-DERM will create a research registry of patients with IMISC within academic and community real-world practices in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of current and future therapies.
