TARGET-DERM is a longitudinal, observational study of adult and pediatric patients being managed for Atopic Dermatitis and other Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions (IMISC) in usual clinical practice. TARGET-DERM will create a research registry of patients with IMISC within academic and community real-world practices in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of current and future therapies. The aim of this clinical study is to find out how well Patidegib Gel 2% works in preventing new basal cell carcinomas (BCCs) developing on the face of adults with Gorlin syndrome, and how safe Patidegib Gel 2% is to use. People who take part will apply either Patidegib Gel 2% or a Vehicle Gel (with no active drug substance) to their face twice a day for a year (12 months). This study will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the mRNA-1273.214 vaccine for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variant of concerns (VOCs) in participants aged 6 months to \<6 years, when administered as a primary series in SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants (Part 1) and a single booster dose (BD) given to participants who previously received 2 doses of the mRNA-1273 vaccine as a primary series (Part 2); and will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of the mRNA-1273.815 vaccine, when administered as a BD in participants aged 6 months to \<6 years (Part 3) and when administered to SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-naïve participants aged 2 years to \<5 years of age (Part 4). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the acceptability and efficacy of Go Move, a mobile website developed to assist youth with unilateral cerebral palsy and their caregivers with setting goals and selecting exercises and activities to meet the goals. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Is Go Move accepted by youth with unilateral cerebral palsy and their caregivers? * Does Go Move support goal attainment for youth with unilateral cerebral palsy? Participants will set up and participate in a goal-driven home program using the Go Move mobile website. Participants will spend 1 hour and 15 minutes per week for 6 weeks working on their home program and will complete pre-intervention and post-intervention assessments. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test if treatment with tralokinumab is safe and effectful to treat moderate-to-severe atopic hand eczema. This will be judged by a range of assessments that rate the severity and extent of atopic hand eczema and its symptoms, as well as general health status and quality of life. The trial will last for up to 40 weeks. There will be up to 15 visits, 3 of which will be conducted by phone. The first part of the trial is called a screening period and will last up to 4 weeks. For the first 16 weeks after screening, trial participants will receive either tralokinumab or dummy injections every two weeks. After the first 16 weeks, all trial participants will receive tralokinumab injections every two weeks for 16 weeks. The last part of the trial is a period of 4 weeks after the end of treatment period, where trial participants are off the drug for safety follow-up. Read Less

This study primarily aims to determine whether patients diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the knee experience psychological stress due to their diagnosis and treatment plan. Secondarily, this study aims to determine whether knee OCD patients experience a change in stress and depression as they progress through their standard-of-care treatment plan, and whether they have impaired psychological readiness for return to sport. The goal of this prospective cohort study is to learn about the impact of an adapted dance program in youth with cerebral palsy. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Are there clinically significant benefits for children with cerebral palsy who participate in an Adaptive Dance Program? 2. Is it feasible to implement an adaptive dance program using action-observation principles for children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (CP)? The goal of this feasibility and proof of concept study is to learn about the feasibility, acceptability, and impact of a school readiness program for preschool-aged children with unilateral cerebral palsy. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: 1. Is it feasible to implement an intensive school readiness program for preschool-aged children with UCP? 2. Is the program acceptable to the children and their caregivers? 3. What is the impact of the program on school readiness? The purpose of the study is to see if Clascoterone can help people with male pattern hair loss to recovery and see if the treatment is effective and safe and how well the drug is tolerated by subjects. Within this study, the Clascoterone solution will be compared to a placebo. The study has 2 parts: Part 1 will see if Clascoterone solution is effective and safe compared to a placebo when applied twice daily for up to 6 months. Part 2 will see the long-term safety and efficacy of the Clascoterone solution compared to placebo for additional 6 months in subjects defined as ''responders'' in Part 1. A responder is defined as someone who have responded to the study drug, based on research data. Part 1 of the study is double-blind, meaning that neither the subject nor the study doctor knows which treatment subject is receiving. Part 2 of the study is single-blind and only the study doctor doing the study knows which treatment subject is receiving. Part 1 of the study will start with baseline visit during which subjects will be randomly assigned (by chance) in ratio 2:1 to apply either Clascoterone or placebo solution to their balding areas of the scalp. Subjects will have 5 clinic visits and 2 follow-up phone calls during 6 months of Part 1 duration. Subjects identified as Part 1 responders at Month 6 visit will be again randomly assigned in ratio 2:1 to receive either study drug or placebo. Part 2 of the study will consist of 2 additional clinic visits and treatment will last for further 6 months. Each subject will have also an end of study visit one month after the study drug treatment has been completed or discontinued (it will be one month after end of Part 1 for not responder subjects). For those subjects who complete the whole study (Part 1 and Part 2), the total duration of the study will be about 14 months, with 12 months of treatment with a total of eight clinic visits and two phone calls. Subjects taking part in this study will have the medical tests or procedures described below. * They will be asked about their previous medical history and current medications. * A brief physical examination will be performed. * Vital signs, weight and height will be measured. * Electrocardiograms will be performed. * Subject's scalp will be checked for any signs of irritation. * Two different types of photos will be taken during this study: "global photos", i.e. general photos of the subject's scalp and "macro photos", i.e. close up photos of a region of the subject's scalp. Global photos will be taken to help the subject and the study doctor to assess whether there has been a change in subject's hair growth. Macro photos will be used to count the number of hairs in a region of the subject's scalp and measure other properties of the hair (hair width and hair darkness). * Blood draws and urine sample collection for safety laboratory tests. * Subject will be asked to complete, on site, the following two questionnaires: * Cosmetic Evaluation - a couple of cosmetic questions on acceptability and how easy the study drug is to use. * Male Androgenetic Alopecia Questionnaire - some questions about subject's hair assessment. Eligible subjects will be given a supply of the study drug and shown how to use and store it. The first study drug dose will be applied at the clinic under the supervision of the study staff. Subjects will be instructed to apply about 1.5 ml of study drug with a dropper to the balding areas of the scalp on the vertex and the temples twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Subjects will be asked to bring back all used containers of study drug and all unused study drug to each study visit. Subjects will also be given a diary, shown what things have to be recorded on it and asked to bring back the completed diary to the study center at each visit. Read Less

The Clinical Assessment for Sports Exertion (CASE) addresses the physical performance of athletes by quantifying physiological and symptomatic responses to dynamic exertion. The CASE is highly sport-specific as it tests multiple body positions that mimic requirements typical of individual and contact sports activities including soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading, swimming, and basketball. It was developed by clinicians at the Baylor Scott and White Sports Concussion Program in an effort to identify specific system impairments in athletes who were unable to successfully demonstrate readiness for return to play protocols. Like the other published forms of concussion exertion testing described above, the CASE is a provocative exercise test that may also prove to be useful in making informed return-to-play decisions based upon the athlete's symptomatology. Heart rate variability (HRV) is a measure of the variation in time between each heartbeat. It is an indirect and ubiquitous biomarker of performance readiness and recovery measured by most consumer-grade wearable fitness trackers. However, there is little documented on the relationship between HRV, training load, and performance measures in the Real-World. Whoop wrist-worn activity trackers have been validated against the gold-standard Electrocardiography (ECG) for HRV and HR measurements. Whoop leverages photoplethysmography (PPG) technology to continuously track (HR, HRV, respiratory rate, energy expenditure) and provides, daily, individual insights, trends, and coaching to improve strain, sleep, and recovery. Research has demonstrated that heart rate variability (HRV) guided training may be more optimal compared to predetermined training for aerobic exercise improvements. The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of providing personalized training recommendations based on HRV measured by a consumer-grade wearable (Whoop) in a real-world setting to better understand the HRV relationship with performance.
