This phase I/II trial studies how well cytokine-treated veto cells work in treating patients with hematologic malignancies following stem cell transplant. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cells in the bone marrow, including normal blood-forming cells (stem cells) and cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Cytokine-treated veto cells may help the transplanted donor cells to develop and grow in recipients without causing graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD - when transplanted donor tissue attacks the tissues of the recipient's body). This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL. Participants with follicular lymphoma that has come back after treatment (called "relapsed") or did not respond to treatment (called "refractory") are eligible to take part only in Part 1A of the study. This study is made up of 3 parts: Part 1A (non-randomized), Part 1B and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1A and Part 1B of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy to be used in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to assess how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy (the current standard-of-care for NHL). Standard-of-care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * The impact from the study drug on quality-of-life and ability to complete routine daily activities Read Less

B-cell malignancies are a group of cancers of B lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell responsible for fighting infections. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-525 as a monotherapy. ABBV-525 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of B-Cell Malignancies. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Participants will receive ABBV-525 at different doses. Approximately 100 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-525. In part 2 (dose optimization), participants will receive one of two oral doses of ABBV-525, until the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) is determined. In part 3 (dose expansion), participants will receive the RP2D oral dose of ABBV-525. The estimated duration of the study is up to 64 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care.
