This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors (DAWT) or favorable histology Wilms tumors (FHWT) that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy regimens such as UH-3 (vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, carboplatin, etoposide, and irinotecan) and ICE/Cyclo/Topo (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, and topotecan) work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help doctors find out what effects, good and/or bad, regimen UH-3 has on patients with newly diagnosed DAWT and standard risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with only 2 drugs for the initial WT) and regimen ICE/Cyclo/Topo has on patients with high and very high risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with 3 or more drugs for the initial WT). This study examines how accurately adults report their food intake using a common self-report method called the 24-hour dietary recall. While this method is widely used in nutrition research, it often leads to underreporting, especially among individuals with overweight or obesity. However, it is unclear if specific foods are more likely to be misreported. To address this, participants will be served a controlled meal containing both simple foods (e.g., fruit snacks, saltine crackers, cookies, and a coke soft drink) and mixed dishes (e.g., chicken salad, macaroni and cheese with peas). Each food item will be precisely weighed before and after consumption. The following day, participants will complete an online 24-hour recall, and the process will be repeated one week later. The study will compare reported intake to actual intake to assess accuracy and determine whether underreporting is more common for mixed dishes. It will also explore whether reporting accuracy is influenced by body weight, gender, or race. Findings from this research may improve the understanding of self-report limitations and support the development of more accurate dietary assessment tools. Read Less

This study will evaluate if relapsing-remitting MS patients that have not had a relapse in the past year would benefit from a switch to ofatumumab versus staying on their continued current therapy. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 565 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28 day, 21 day, or 56 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants (PPTS) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in PPTS with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in PPTS with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. 8: Oral pirtobrutinib in PPTS with R/R MCL. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 5 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 1095 adult participants with previously untreated FL will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (intravenous \[IV\] infusion of rituximab (R) and oral capsules of lenalidomide) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab. Participants may also receive investigator's choice chemoimmunotherapy (CIT): IV infusion of obinutuzumab (G) and IV injections of cyclophosphamide, IV injections of doxorubicin, IV injections of vincristine, oral tablets of prednisone (CHOP) \[G-CHOP\]/ R-CHOP or G and IV infusion of bendamustine (Benda) \[G-Benda\]/R-Benda. The total treatment duration will be 120 weeks for all arms except A2, which is 24 weeks of treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A, a Period B, and a Period C. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC Dose A or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. In Period C, eligible participants will receive open-label risankizumab SC Dose D. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B followed by an open-label risankizumab extension in Period C for 52 weeks.
