Background: Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS) is a rare disorder of the immune system caused by a mutation in the FAS gene. In ALPS, the body stores too many germ-fighting cells called lymphocytes. This can lead to an enlarged spleen and lymph nodes. Current treatments for ALPS can have many adverse effects. Better treatments for ALPS are needed. Objective: To test a study drug (soquelitinib) in people with ALPS. Eligibility: People aged 16 years and older with ALPS. Design: Participants will have 8 clinic visits and 6 remote visits within 1 year. Participants will be screened. They will have a physical exam with blood and urine tests. Some may have tests of their lung function. Soquelitinib is a tablet taken by mouth twice a day. Participants will record their doses and any symptoms on a paper or online form. Blood tests and other procedures will be repeated during study visits. Three visits will include imaging scans. Participants will lie on a table that slides through a doughnut-shaped machine while X-rays capture pictures of the inside of their body. The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate the efficacy of fluticasone propionate/albuterol sulfate multidose dry powder inhaler with electronic module (Fp/ABS eMDPI). Secondary objectives are: * To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS eMDPI administered four times daily * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/ABS eMDPI administered four times daily over four weeks * To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Fp/ABS eMDPI, ABS eMDPI and Fp eMDPI after administration of a single dose The planned study duration for each participant is approximately 10 weeks, excluding an optional prescreening visit. The goal of this clinical trial is to find out about the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of DM001 for patients with the advanced solid tumors. DM001 is an experimental drug which is not approved by health authorities for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Participants will have up to 17 visits during the study.There will be up to a 4-week Screening Period followed by a treatment period that will be divided into 3-week cycles/ Participants will have 5 study visits during Cycle 1, 3 visits during Cycles 2 and 3, and 1 visit during subsequent cycles. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. This phase II/III trial compares the addition of nivolumab to the usual treatment of paclitaxel and ramucirumab to paclitaxel and ramucirumab alone in treating patients with gastric or esophageal adenocarcinoma that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Adding nivolumab to ramucirumab and paclitaxel may work better to treat patients with advanced stomach or esophageal cancer.
