This is a global, multicenter, open-label study that aims to assess the efficacy and safety of zelenectide pevedotin in participants with NECTIN4-amplified recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic breast cancer who have received prior therapy (see inclusion criteria below). The study will comprise of 2 cohorts. This study is open to adults with advanced cancer (solid tumors) and people with advanced head and neck cancer. The study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 of this study is to find the highest dose of a medicine called BI 765179 that people with solid tumors can tolerate when taken alone or together with a medicine called ezabenlimab. The goal of Part 2 is to find out whether BI 765179 in combination with a medicine called pembrolizumab helps people with advanced head and neck cancer. In Part 1, each participant is put into 1 of 2 groups. Participants get BI 765179 alone or in combination with ezabenlimab as infusion into a vein every 3 weeks. In Part 2, participants are also divided into 2 groups. 1 group gets a low dose of BI 765179 in combination with pembrolizumab and the other group gets a high dose of BI 765179 in combination with pembrolizumab. Participants receive the study treatment as infusions into a vein. BI 765179, ezabenlimab, and pembrolizumab are antibodies that may help the immune system fight cancer. In this study, BI 765179 is given to people for the first time. Participants can stay in the study up to 2 years if they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. This study is open to people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). They can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with a medicine called nerandomilast or BI 1015550. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with pulmonary fibrosis tolerate long- term treatment with nerandomilast. The study also tests whether nerandomilast improves lung function and prolongs the time until symptoms get worse, participants need to go to the hospital, or die. Every participant takes nerandomilast as tablets for up to 1 year and 10 months. The participants may also continue their regular treatment for pulmonary fibrosis during the study. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Participants also regularly do lung function tests. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat men at high-risk of biochemical recurrence (BCR) of prostate cancer. BCR means that in men who had prostate cancer and were treated by either surgery and/ or radiation therapy, the blood level of a specific protein called PSA rises. PSA is a marker of prostate cancer cells activity. The PSA increase means that the cancer has come back even though conventional imaging such as computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and bone scans does not show any lesion of prostate cancer. Recently a more sensitive imaging method called prostate-specific membrane antigen \[PSMA\] positron emission tomography \[PET\]) /computed tomography \[CT\]) scan may identify prostate cancer lesions not detectable by conventional imaging. Men with BCR have a higher risk of their cancer spreading to other parts of the body, particularly when PSA levels raised to a certain limit within a short period of time after local therapies. Once the cancer spreads to other parts of the body, it can become even harder to treat. In men with prostate cancer, male sex hormones (also called androgens) like testosterone can help the cancer grow and spread. To reduce androgens levels in these patients, there are treatments that block androgens production in the body called androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). ADT is often used to stop prostate cancer. Another way to stop prostate cancer growth and spread is to block the action of androgen receptors on prostate cancer cells called androgen receptor inhibitors (ARIs). The new generation ARIs including darolutamide can block the action of androgens receptors and are available for the treatment of prostate cancer in addition to ADT. It is already known that men with prostate cancer benefit from these treatments. The main objective of this study is to learn if the combination of darolutamide and ADT prolongs the time that the participants live without their cancer getting worse, or to death due to any cause, compared to placebo (which is a treatment that looks like a medicine but does not have any medicine in it) and ADT given for a pre-specified duration of 24 months. To do this, the study team will measure the time from the date of treatment allocation to the finding of new cancer spread in the participants by using PSMA PET/CT, or death due to any cause. The PSMA PET/CT scans is performed using a radioactive substance called a "tracer" that specifically binds to the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) which is a protein often found in large amounts on prostate cancer cells. To avoid bias in treatment, the study participants will be randomly (by chance) allocated to one of two treatment groups. Based on the allocated treatment group, the participants will either take darolutamide plus ADT or placebo plus ADT twice daily as tablets by mouth. The study will consist of a test (screening) phase, a treatment phase and a follow-up phase. The treatment duration is pre-specified to be 24 months unless the cancer gets worse, the participants have medical problems, or they leave the study for any reason. In addition, image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) or surgery is allowed and your doctor will explain the benefits and risks of this type of therapy. During the study, the study team will: * take blood and urine samples. * measure PSA and testosterone levels in the blood samples * do physical examinations * check the participants' overall health * examine heart health using electrocardiogram (ECG) * check vital signs * check cancer status using PSMA PET/CT scans, CT, MRI and bone scans * take tumor samples (if required) * ask the participants if they have medical problems About 30 days after the participants have taken their last treatment, the study doctors and their team will check the participants' health and if their cancer worsened. The study team will continue to check this and regularly ask the participants questions about medical problems and subsequent therapies until they leave the study for any reason or until they leave the study for any reason or until the end of the study, whatever comes first. This study is open to adults with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease. People can join the study if they have these conditions and do not have a history of heart failure. The purpose of this study is to find out if a medicine called vicadrostat, when taken with empagliflozin, helps reduce cardiovascular risk in people with these conditions. The study will compare this combination to a placebo version of vicadrostat with empagliflozin. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group takes vicadrostat and empagliflozin tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets with empagliflozin. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet once per day for 2 and a half years and up to 4 years and 3 months. All participants also continue their medication for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease. Participants have an equal chance of receiving the study medicine or placebo. Participants are in the study for up to 4 years and 3 months. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. During these visits, doctors collect information about participants' health and take blood samples. The doctors document when participants experience cardiovascular events. This study is open to adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) that is at risk of getting worse. People who have taken a specific type of medication for kidney disease called SGLT2 inhibitor within 1 month before the study or have certain health conditions cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, used in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, works in people with chronic kidney disease. In this study, participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. Participants have an equal chance of being assigned to either group. In one group, participants take the 2 study medicines, vicadrostat and empagliflozin, every day for 3 months. In the other group, participants take placebo and empagliflozin for the first 1.5 months, and then they take vicadrostat and empagliflozin together for the next 1.5 months. The study medicines are taken orally as tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants are in the study for about 4 months. During this time, they visit the study site multiple times. Doctors regularly test kidney function by measuring specific proteins in the blood and urine. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether there are differences between starting the study medicines at the same time or one after the other. The goal of this study is to compare how well sonrotoclax plus obinutuzumab works versus venetoclax plus rituximab in treating adults with relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). The objective of the ESK-001-018 long term extension is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ESK-001 over time. The scientific questions it aims to answer are: * How safe is taking ESK-001 long-term in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? * Does taking ESK-001 long-term reduce the severity of people's plaque psoriasis? Patients will enter the long-term extension study following completion of one of the parent studies (ESK-001-016 or ESK-001-017) and will receive open-label ESK-001 twice daily for 24 weeks. After 24 weeks, the first 200 patients meeting at least PASI-75 clinical response will be randomly assigned to receive ESK-001 or placebo. At any point during this time, the patients losing the initial clinical response may return to the open-label ESK-001 treatment. Patients who complete Week 48 will return to open-label ESK-001 treatment and they will receive ESK-001 until the end of the study or discontinuation. All the remaining patients not meeting the entry criteria for the randomized withdrawal phase will continue to receive open-label ESK-001 for the remainder of the study. Patients taking part in the study must be men or women aged at least 18 years old and have completed a previous (parent) study of ESK-001 in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
