The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive ibuzatrelvir or matching placebo orally for 5 days. Co-administration of locally available standard of care is allowed. The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate that when participants with psoriatic arthritis and obesity or overweight in the presence of at least 1 weight-related comorbid condition receive ixekizumab and tirzepatide concomitantly administered, participants see improvement in their psoriatic arthritis and achieve weight reduction compared to when receiving ixekizumab. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety, tolerability and immune effects of a pneumococcal vaccine in toddlers. Participants will take part in this study for approximately 6 or 8 months depending on which group they are assigned to. During this time participants will have 2 clinic visits and 1 phone visit for the 1-Dose group, or 3 clinic visits and 1 phone visit for the 2-Dose group.
