The main aim of this study is to learn whether vedolizumab and upadacitinib given together (also called dual targeted therapy or DTT) reduces bowel inflammation and ulcers in the bowel compared to vedolizumab only (also called monotherapy) in adults with moderately or severely active Crohn's Disease (CD) after 12 weeks of treatment. Other aims are to learn how safe and effective DTT is compared to monotherapy for these participants. All participants will receive DTT (either vedolizumab and upadacitinib or vedolizumab and placebo) for 12 weeks. Participants responding to the treatment will then receive vedolizumab only (monotherapy) for an additional 40 weeks. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic 15 times. Read Less

The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and * What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting condition causing inflammation that can affect any part of the gut. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TAK-279 versus placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD). The main aim of this study is to learn if the 3 different doses of TAK-279 reduce bowel inflammation and ulcers in the bowel compared to the placebo after 12 weeks of treatment. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate medical problems. An endoscopy will be used to check the bowel for inflammation. The participants will be treated with TAK-279 for 52 weeks (1 year). Multiple Myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells ( blood cell). The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine adverse events and change in disease symptoms of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R Multiple Myeloma (MM). This study is broken into 3 Arms; Arm A (Parts 1 and 2), Arm B and Arm C. Arm A includes 2 parts: step-up dose optimization (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 1, different level of step-up doses are tested followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. In Part 2, the step-up dose identified in Part 1 (Dose A) will be used followed by the target dose A of ABBV-383. In Arm B a flat dose of ABBV-383 will be tested. "In Arm C, the step-up dose identified in Arm A will be used followed by the target dose of ABBV-383 to investigate outpatient administration of ABBV-383. Around 180 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 40 sites across the world. Participants will receive ABBV-383 as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles for approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
