This study consists of two parts. Part 1 is a dose-escalation/safety evaluation to provisionally identify a dose and regimen of SY-1365 for further evaluation in Part 2. Following the identification of a recommended dose and regimen from Part 1, the study entered Part 2 to further evaluate safety and the antitumor activity of SY-1365 in patients with select solid tumors, and to confirm target engagement and downstream pathway impact in patients with any solid tumor histology. This phase III trial is studying vincristine, carboplatin, and etoposide to see how well they work compared to observation only in treating patients who have undergone surgery for newly diagnosed retinoblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery. Sometimes, after surgery, no additional treatment is needed for the tumor until it progresses. In this case, observation may be sufficient. Read Less

It is not yet known which regimen of chemotherapy is more effective in treating stage IIIB, stage IV, or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of polyglutamate paclitaxel plus carboplatin to that of paclitaxel plus carboplatin in treating patients who have stage IIIB, stage IV, or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Maintenance treatment of advanced stage squamous cell NSCLC. Phase III, randomized, open-label, multi-center study of nab-paclitaxel with best supportive care (BSC) or BSC alone as maintenance treatment after response or stable disease (SD) with nab-paclitaxel plus carboplatin as induction in subjects with stage IIIB/IV squamous cell NSCLC. Subjects who discontinued treatment from the maintenance part for any reason other than withdrawal of consent, lost to follow-up, or death, were entered into a Follow-up period that had a visit 28 days after progression or discontinuation. Those who entered Follow-up without progression continued with follow-up scans according to standard of care (SOC) until documentation of progression of disease. This is a Phase 3, open-label, international, multi-center, efficacy, and safety study of avelumab in combination with and/or following platinum-based chemotherapy. Eligible patients must have previously untreated, histologically confirmed Stage III-IV epithelial ovarian (EOC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) and be candidates for platinum-based chemotherapy. The primary objective of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of andecaliximab monotherapy and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of andecaliximab (formerly GS-5745) alone and in combination with chemotherapy. The study consists of 2 parts (Parts A and B). Participants can only qualify for and participate in 1 part. Part A is a sequential dose escalation to determine the maximum tolerated dose of andecaliximab in participants with advanced solid tumors that are refractory to or intolerant to standard therapy or for which no standard therapy exists. In Part A, participants will receive andecaliximab only. Part B is a dose expansion to obtain additional safety and tolerability data for andecaliximab in participants with advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, esophagogastric adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, or breast cancer.
