This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of ruxolitinib phosphate when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Ruxolitinib phosphate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ruxolitinib phosphate together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may be a better treatment for epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin alone. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor activity, safety, and tolerability of tislelizumab plus investigational agent(s) with or without chemotherapy. This study is structured as a master protocol with separate sub- studies. This study will evaluate the combination of a fixed dose pembrolizumab/vibostolimab co-formulation (MK-7684A) with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by MK-7684A compared to the combination of atezolizumab with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy followed by atezolizumab in the first-line treatment of Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC).
