This study aims to establish a safe and well tolerated dose of \[177Lu\]Lu-DOTA-TATE in combination with carboplatin, etoposide and atezolizumab in this setting and to assess preliminary efficacy of this combination treatment versus the combination of carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab.The study will be essential to assess a new potential therapeutic option in participants with this aggressive cancer type. Researchers are looking for other ways to treat relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Relapsed means the cancer came back after treatment. High-grade means the cancer cells grow and spread quickly. Serous means the cancer started in the cells that cover the ovaries, the lining of the belly, or in the fallopian tubes. Standard treatment (usual treatment) for people with relapsed high-grade serous ovarian cancer may include: * Chemotherapy, which is a treatment that uses medicine to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing * Targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread Raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) is a study treatment that is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). This phase III trial studies using risk factors in determining treatment for children with favorable tissue (histology) Wilms tumors (FHWT). Wilms Tumor is the most common type of kidney cancer in children, and FHWT is the most common subtype. Previous large clinical trials have established treatment plans that are likely to cure most children with FHWT, however some children still have their cancer come back (called relapse) and not all survive. Previous research has identified features of FHWT that are associated with higher or lower risks of relapse. The term "risk" refers to the chance of the cancer coming back after treatment. This phase II trial studies how well lower dose radiotherapy after chemotherapy (Carboplatin \& Etoposide) works in treating children with central nervous system (CNS) germinomas. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill cancer cells. Researchers want to see if lowering the dose of standard radiotherapy (RT) after chemotherapy can help get rid of CNS germinomas with fewer long-term side effects. Read Less
