In this four-part study, NKTR-214 was administered in combination with nivolumab and with/without other anticancer therapies. The purpose of this study is to determine the correct dose and safety of adding a new cancer drug, venetoclax, to a standard combination of chemotherapy drugs as a second treatment for relapsed/refractory DLBCL. In this study, venetoclax will be added to RICE (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide), a common set to cancer drugs used as a second line treatment for relapsed/refractory DLBCL. Venetoclax, is a new targeted anti-cancer drug, which works by mimicking a particular protein produced by the tumor and interrupting its normal processes, ultimately causing the tumor cells to die. Adding venetoclax to the standard RICE regimen is believed to increase the chance of getting cancer into remission. Venetoclax is experimental because it is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of relapsed/refractory DLBCL. This phase II trial studies the efficacy of trastuzumab treatment in breast cancer patients with stage II-III human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative tumors and HER2-expressing bone marrow disseminated tumor cells (DTCs). This randomized phase III trial studies how well giving cisplatin and radiation therapy together with or without carboplatin and paclitaxel works in treating patients with cervical cancer has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of \[cancer/tumor\] cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. External radiation therapy uses high-energy x rays to kill tumor cells. Internal radiation uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether giving cisplatin and external and internal radiation therapy together with carboplatin and paclitaxel kills more tumor cells. Read Less

This is a single arm open label phase II study in women with clinical stage 2 or 3 triple negative breast cancer to assess the anti-tumor activity (in terms of pathologic complete response rate) of neoadjuvant docetaxel in combination with carboplatin. Patient derived xenografts will also be developed simultaneously for the purposes of genoproteomic analysis. Please note that Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) has a parallel study the same as this study. Baylor is expected to enroll approximately 19 participants that have complied with the inclusion and exclusion criteria for this study (excluded participants from BCM will include male participants or participants with inflammatory breast cancer). This is a Phase 2, randomized, multicenter, double-blind study of the glutaminase inhibitor telaglenastat with standard-of-care pembrolizumab and chemotherapy versus placebo with standard-of-care pembrolizumab and chemotherapy for first line treatment of metastatic disease in patients with KEAP1/NRF2-mutated, stage IV, nonsquamous, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study primary endpoints are PFS per RECIST v. 1.1 and safety. KEAP1/NRF2 mutation status (for eligibility) and STK11/LKB1 status (for stratification) will be determined by next generation sequencing. This was an open-label, nonrandomized, Phase 1/2 study designed to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of epacadostat when given in combination with pembrolizumab and 7 different chemotherapy regimens described as Treatment Groups A through G below (see Study Drug and Background Therapies, Dose, and Mode of Administration). Phase 1 consisted of a 3 + 3 + 3 design intended to determine the MTD or PAD of epacadostat when given in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy; efficacy was also explored. Phase 2 was designed to enroll efficacy expansion cohorts to further evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of epacadostat at the MTD or PAD (as selected in Phase 1) when given in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy. Each efficacy expansion cohort was to enroll participants with 1 specific type of advanced or metastatic solid tumor. Additional cohorts (ie, the mandatory biopsy cohorts) were designed to evaluate changes in the tumor microenvironment in participants with any advanced or metastatic solid tumor who had progressed on previous therapy with a PD-1 or a PD-L1 inhibitor. No participants were enrolled in any Phase 2 efficacy expansion cohort, or in any Phase 2 mandatory biopsy cohort receiving Treatment A, B, F, or G. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab plus standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy (etoposide/platinum \[EP\]) in participants with newly diagnosed extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) who have not previously received systemic therapy for this malignancy. The primary study hypotheses are that pembrolizumab+EP prolongs Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 by blinded independent central review (BICR) and Overall Survival (OS) compared with placebo+EP in adult participants with ES-SCLC. In this study, RECIST 1.1 has been modified to follow a maximum of 10 target lesions and a maximum of 5 target lesions per organ. With protocol Amendment 07 (03-Oct-2018), the outcome measure of "Change from Baseline at Weeks 12 and 24 in European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30 (QLQ-C30) Global Health Status/Quality of Life Scale" was replaced with a single time point analysis at Week 18.
