This is a Phase III, randomised, open-label, multicentre, global study assessing the efficacy and safety of adjuvant Dato-DXd in combination with rilvegostomig compared with SoC, after complete surgical resection (R0) in participants with Stage I adenocarcinoma NSCLC who are ctDNA-positive, as determined by the Sponsor-designated ctDNA assay, or have at least one high-risk pathological feature. This is a prospective randomized clinical trial, to determine whether dose-intensive tandem Consolidation, in a randomized comparison with single cycle Consolidation, provides an event-free survival (EFS) and overall survival (OS). The study population will be high-risk patients (non-Wnt and non-Shh sub-groups) with medulloblastoma, and for all patients with central nervous system (CNS) embryonal tumors completing "Head Start 4" Induction. This study will further determine whether the additional labor intensity (duration of hospitalizations and short-term and long-term morbidities) associated with the tandem treatment is justified by the improvement in outcome. It is expected that the tandem (3 cycles) Consolidation regimen will produce a superior outcome compared to the single cycle Consolidation, given the substantially higher dose intensity of the tandem regimen, without significant addition of either short-term or long-term morbidities. This randomized phase III trial studies carboplatin given together with paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab to see how well it works compared with oxaliplatin given together with capecitabine with or without bevacizumab as first-line therapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV, or recurrent (has come back) stage I epithelial ovarian or fallopian tube cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, paclitaxel, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may block tumor growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy given together with or without bevacizumab is more effective in treating epithelial ovarian cancer or fallopian tube cancer. Read Less

The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of participants with tumor PD-L1 expression who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic NSCLC, and Cohort 2 will consist of participants who experienced disease progression during or following treatment with a platinum-containing regimen and a PD-L1/PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor, given in combination as one line of therapy or as two separate lines of therapy, regardless of PD-L1 expression. In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). Participants who experience disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, or unacceptable toxicity during Stage 1 may be eligible to continue treatment with a different treatment regimen (Stage 2). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel, cisplatin, carboplatin, and fluorouracil, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Bevacizumab may also make tumor cells more sensitive to chemotherapy and stop the growth of head and neck cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy is more effective when given with or without bevacizumab in treating patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Read Less

This study will enroll participants with urothelial cancer (UC). UC can include cancer of the bladder, kidney, or the tubes that carry pee through the body (ureter, urethra). This study will try to find out if the drugs disitamab vedotin with pembrolizumab works better than platinum-containing chemotherapy to treat patients with UC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs together. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants in this study will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or spread near where it started (locally advanced). In this study, there are 2 different groups. Participants will be assigned to a group randomly. Participants in the disitamab vedotin arm will get the study drug disitamab vedotin once every two weeks and pembrolizumab once every 6 weeks. Participants in the standard of care arm will get gemcitabine once a week for 2 weeks with either cisplatin or carboplatin once every 3 weeks. Read Less

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of ruxolitinib phosphate when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Ruxolitinib phosphate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ruxolitinib phosphate together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may be a better treatment for epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin alone. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
