A Study of Erdafitinib in Participants With Metastatic or Locally Advanced Urothelial Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to: (a) characterize the safety and tolerability of and to identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and schedule for erdafitinib in combination with cetrelimab, and for erdafitinib in combination with cetrelimab and platinum (cisplatin and carboplatin) chemotherapy and; (b) to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of erdafitinib alone and in combination with cetrelimab in cisplatin-ineligible participants with metastatic or locally advanced urothelial cancer... Use of High Dose Radiation Followed by Chemotherapy and Radiation to Treat Locally Advanced NSCLC
Active Not Recruiting
This is a single-arm, single-stage Phase II study designed to evaluate the 1-year PFS rate in subjects with locally-advanced NSCLC (stage II/III) and treated with Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) followed by concurrent mediastinal chemoradiation with or without consolidation chemotherapy. A total of 60 subjects will be enrolled to this study over a 4 year accrual period.

Testing the Addition of High Dose, Targeted Radiation to the Usual Treatment for Locally-Advanced Inoperable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) to the usual treatment (conventional image guided radiation therapy \[IGRT\] and chemotherapy followed by immunotherapy with durvalumab or osimertinib) versus the usual treatment alone in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and cannot be treated by surgery (inoperable). SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and... Read More

A Study of Pertuzumab in Addition to Chemotherapy and Trastuzumab as Adjuvant Therapy in Participants With Human Epidermal Growth Receptor 2 (HER2)-Positive Primary Breast Cancer
Completed
This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, two-arm study will assess the safety and efficacy of pertuzumab in addition to chemotherapy plus trastuzumab as adjuvant therapy in participants with operable HER2-positive primary breast cancer. This study will be carried out in collaboration with the Breast International Group (BIG).

Carboplatin and Paclitaxel With or Without Atezolizumab Before Surgery in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed, Stage II-III Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without atezolizumab before surgery works in treating patients with newly diagnosed, stage II-III triple negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tum... Read More

A Study of Pembrolizumab With Carboplatin and Gemcitabine in Patients With Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
The main purpose of this study is to see if Pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy (carboplatin and gemcitabine) is safe and effective in treating patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer. Pembrolizumab is a drug which may help the immune system to target and destroy cancer cells. Pembrolizumab has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of advanced melanoma and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. However, it has not been approved as a treatment for breast cancer.
