This study aims to establish a safe and well tolerated dose of \[177Lu\]Lu-DOTA-TATE in combination with carboplatin, etoposide and atezolizumab in this setting and to assess preliminary efficacy of this combination treatment versus the combination of carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab.The study will be essential to assess a new potential therapeutic option in participants with this aggressive cancer type. This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of participants with tumor PD-L1 expression who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic NSCLC, and Cohort 2 will consist of participants who experienced disease progression during or following treatment with a platinum-containing regimen and a PD-L1/PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor, given in combination as one line of therapy or as two separate lines of therapy, regardless of PD-L1 expression. In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). Participants who experience disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, or unacceptable toxicity during Stage 1 may be eligible to continue treatment with a different treatment regimen (Stage 2). The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of adding lazertinib to amivantamab, carboplatin, and pemetrexed (LACP/ACP-L dosing strategies) and amivantamab, carboplatin and pemetrexed (ACP) compared with carboplatin and pemetrexed (CP) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R substitution non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after osimertinib failure. The purpose of the extension cohort is to further describe the safety and efficacy for the ACP-L dosing schedule versus ACP with additional data. This phase III trial compares pembrolizumab with radiation therapy to pembrolizumab without radiation therapy (standard therapy) given after pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy for the treatment of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Pembrolizumab is a type of immunotherapy that stimulates the body's immune system to fight cancer cells. Pembrolizumab targets and blocks a protein called PD-1 on the surface of certain immune cells called T-cells. Blocking PD-1 triggers the T-cells to find and kill cancer cells. Radiation therapy uses high-powered rays to kill cancer cells. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) endometrial cancer (EC) that is advanced or recurrent. * EC is a type of cancer that starts in the tissues inside the uterus (womb) * pMMR indicates that certain normal proteins are present in the cancer cells * Advanced means the cancer has spread locally or to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery * Recurrent means the cancer came back after surgery Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT) and pembrolizumab are the study medicines. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive sac-TMT with pembrolizumab live longer and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive pembrolizumab alone. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine alone or when given together with other anti-cancer therapies. This study also aims to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07934040) as pill by mouth twice a day repeating for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07934040 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at various times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07934040) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, they will come into the clinic between 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, doxorubicin, fluorouracil, vincristine sulfate, carboplatin, etoposide, irinotecan, sorafenib, gemcitabine and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
